Great hotel in a great location, just minutes walk from many different attractions. Our room was spacious and had a huge balcony. Breakfast buffet was very good. Wonderful staff, Lenka was especially helpful.

The curtains in the room did not close all the way, they did not quite meet in the middle, This means the room was never dark, especially in the morning. I am sensitive to light waking me, so I always woke up too early.

We had a very large apartment for five people. There were two bathrooms, two bedrooms and one large living room with a kitchen corner. It had luxurious interior, which, however, had seen its better days. If you like the style -- chairs, chandeliers etc., then it is for you. I also want to point out that the receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

They charged extra for a pet, local tax and parking -- they do inform you about it, but you have to read carefully all conditions. Although the interior was stylish, it was a bit worn and not everything worked.

We'd visit Marianske Lazne first time. The choise of Rezidence Romanza was a hit the bull's-eye. Hotel placed in spa town center and in silent part. Restaurant and caffe within reach. We relaxed in comfortable conditions. Special thanks for Mrs. Lena from SPA Balneo.

The breakfasts were delicious but in 4 stars hotel offer should be more plenty. Manouvers in garage available only for small cars owners.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely. Beds were awesome, lots of space. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

The only thing that I believe is over priced is 20 euros per night for the dog. I have never been charged this amount per night or even for a stay. It's usually between 10 and 15 euros for a stay so I was a little disappointed and chocked by this. Not all dogs are messy.

Very good location of the hotel, excellent apartment, convenient breakfast time from 7 to 10 am and the breakfast is delicious. I would especially like to mention LUCIE VINSOVA at the reception. She speaks different languages, is very well educated and knows everything about her city. We received complete information on issues of interest from her. We are planning to return next year.

strange system when you need to look after 2 cards+extra key, cause “the system doesnt work”. No big problems though, will come back!

Spacious suite, retro interiors, nice breakfast in the morning. Very helpful and nice receptionist too! And the location worked very well for us - close to the city parking house, close to the "kolonada".

There were literally 4 packs of the English breakfast black tea and we drank 3 of those, you might want to stock up next time. :D

The hotel has a very good location - just a short walk from the colonade. We had a spacious family apartment with two bathrooms, which was very convenient. It was well equipped. Lucy at the reception really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

It is not the first time we stay in this hotel, we like it very much, comfortable room, quiet, delicious breakfasts, Colonnade, park, within walking distance, friendly and responsible staff, special thanks to the hotel administrator Lenka!!!

Very comfortable room. Bathroom adequate. Excellent breakfast. Staff generally pleasant and helpful.

The housekeeping was rudimentary. Beds not made up at all. Had to ask for bathrobes and slippers. The neighborhood could be quite noisy at times. Parking at the hotel very expensive and no street parking nearby.
