The hotel is located right near the Colonnada, if you need to regualrly drink the spring waters it would take you 2 minutes to walk. The breakfast and dinner was very good, included veggie selection, hot meals, snacks, icecream and cakes. The service was quick and efficient. The spa procedures are accessible quickly, I presume that depends on the amount of people in the hotel. The sauna and pool are top, very clean. The fitness room were almost always empty and has a very good equipment.

Majority of meals include pork or are made of pork so this to be considered if you don't eat this meat. But there were always other alternatives.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel last year and this year. We took half-board. Last year, both breakfast and diners were excellent. But this year, they got even better. For example, fresh pineapples were always available. The variety and quality of the food was outstanding. The hotel has an impressive spa department. We noticed an improvement in the quality of the CO2 baths. This was the highest concentration of CO2 in natural water we've ever encountered. We had a spacios clean room with a balcony overlooking the forest. The hotel location is perfect. It is opposite the forest and just a couple of hundred meters from the colonnade. Staff is helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we are going to visit it again.

To the best of our hearing, the piano in the hotel lobby was not tuned properly.

The hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations, looked luxurious, and appeared to have been recently renovated. The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was spacious. Both dinner and breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool and sauna area were clean and well-equipped. I also enjoyed the harpist's concert in the evening. Compared to the Hotel Pacifik, where the atmosphere was not that relaxing and your plates seemed to be checked, this hotel was a true gem. ;-)

There was a slightly musty smell from the pillows, which I am very sensitive to. The shower door was leaking onto the floor. The pool, on weekdays, opens at 10 a.m.!

Quiet room, excellent breakfast and dinner choice, recent equipment in all of the facilities (wellness, pool, balneo clinic).

A fitness room could use some update, some basic equipment was missing, some machines didn´t work properly.

The reception staff was really nice. There are several buildings under the name of this hotel. In fact, it is almost the whole street, but it is possible to go through it from inside. We got a superior room which was spacious but there could be two doors to isolate the sound from the corridor. A coffee and tea maker and a mini bar were fine. The breakfast was really great with plenty of choice. The pool was in the other building but slippers and bathrobe were provided in the room. The cleanliness in the pool was superb, but we were there in the morning only.

In the bathroom there was some garbage in the bin from the previous guests. The toilitteries were in the small tubes, I think, it could be solved in more ecological way. The opening time of the pool is insufficient- 10am - 21pm. Check out is at 11am so you have a very limited chance to use the pool when you come to a 1 day trip. A parking space can be a problem, you have to reserve it or park in a public parking house app. 500m away.

It’s a classy place , very clean and staff is nice. I like the easy access to the forest spring:) Also, it was my birthday and they gave me a sweet card with chocolate :) the pool was the cleanest pool ever!

The spa / treatment area is confusing and I wasn’t able to get the treatments that I wanted due to not having a medical clearance and the doctor wasn’t available while we were there :(

Spacious room, good location, rich and tasty breakfast in overall; bed comfort was great, as well as the room controls for temperature. Staff Ok, but English is a challenge. The truth is - this isn't a normal hotel, but rather a health sanatorium, with its rules and limitations..

Dinner is till 8pm only (we got cold assortments due to late arrival). Breakfast is buffet style, very crowded and not much serviced (you can't get table service), all staff is busy with refilling the plates and collecting dirty ones. Check in was painfully slow - with passport copies needed, little English, by single receptionist only. Noise insulation is bad - you hear everyone walking and talking in corridors.

The property is very good, rooms were spacious.

The food was not at par at all. There were no vegetarian options at all. When I provided the feedback to the reception, they said we needed to inform them in advance which I find funny because as an international hotel welcoming guests from all over the world and all customs, they are expected to have vegetarian options in their meal buffets.

Very polite and helpful receptionist (blond lady) made us feel very welcome from the first moment. Hotel room was clean, well kept, beds were comfortable. Spacious wardrobe offered a lot of hangers and shelves. Breakfast was delicious, very good choice options, enough food even a few minutes before closing.

Parking is available in a public garage nearby the hotel, you need to walk there for a few minutes but it was not really a problem. You can park in front of the hotel to deal with your luggage.

Great hotel with high standards of service. Staff was ery attentive and helpful. The hotel room was big and clean. All might need stuff was present. Nice and clean sauna (unfortunately, I haven't much time to visit all SPA facilities). Great choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner (bouffe). Nice bar with saxophone playing in the lobby of the hotel. Everything was very nice. I need more days to stay there! Highly recommended staying in this awesome hotel
