The buffet food was amazing. Great variety, very tasty, definitely worth taking breakfast and dinner. We also booked various spa sessions - they were ok. The location is fabulous, just across the main park. That and the food made this place appealing. The rooms also seem to have been redone, and were really beautiful. The duvet seemed also new, and the pillows were fabulous

The elevator had sometimes issues which was a problem for my mom. We were only on the first floor so it was manageable, but can be a problem if you're higher up. The spa sessions were ok. The massage was subpar - wouldn't book it in house again. There is also a nice daily program of activities offered for free like yoga and hiking. But it is in one of the other hotels owned by OREA and you have to walk like 15 minutes to get there - which is a bummer if it rains like it did during our stay.

We had a big, clean suite. 2 separate rooms, a living area, a toilet and a bathroom (shower and bathtub). The breakfast is excellent. Fresh fruits and vegetables, a great variation of meats, cheese and cereal. The coffee is great and you have the option to have it made by their barista or by a coffee machine (either way great).

We paid extra to have the option of paying at the property and had an unpleasant surprise when, at the end of our stay, we were told an even higher price than the one given by booking (and we were aware of the city tax). I guess you’ll be better of paying before hand, at the time of booking.

A very warm welcome on arrival, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool was quite small but I wasn't expecting an Olympic sized pool so not an issue but the changing facilities were clean and well presented. The hotels location to the tourist attractions was good, all within walking distance. In the hotel adjacent to the main reception we found a useful map with QR codes that suggested some lovely hikes through the local area, we followed a couple of these routes and had an awesome hike on day 1 followed by a lovely run on day 2 hunting the local springs, some that tased quite good, some that didn't 😁 We didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast buffet gave a good selection of breakfast items which were all very tasty and plentiful, there was a good choice of beverages including Champagne if you like to start with a swift drink early in the day. Parking is quite difficult outside or adjacent to the hotel but a handy car park around a 5 minute walk away was easy to find, secure and very reasonably priced at around £8 for a 24 hour period so I would recommend parking here as suggested by the hotel.

Leaving at the end of our stay, I really liked this place.

The breakfast was very good. Also the buffet dinner was very good. The room was big and O.K. About the spa: The Roman Bath and the Sauna was O.K.

In the hotel information is not written that you need to ask the staff to operate the hydroterapy water in the pool. It must be operate in all the time that the spa is open. About the spa: in the hotel there is a pool of 6x4 meters with hydroterapy water. We find that the hydroterapy is not working, and you need to ask the staff to operate it.

The location is really good! The staff at reception was super friendly and always ready to help us. We traveled with little kids and they've had a very nice playroom and entertaining.

Small bathrooms for the family rooms, but I understood the history of the building and I know they've did their best to find solutions. Also was a minus for us the swimming pool rule for kids that were allowed there until 18:00 o'clock, it would have been prefect at least 19:00 o'clock and go with then directly to dinner at 19:30.

Had a lovely old fashioned single room with plenty of space at a very good price. The reception staff were very friendly. There was quite a large choice at the dinner & breakfast buffet, ok for a vegetarian.

Ordering drinks to go with meal at dinner took a while, the process is not clear. And you have to pay for water. The spa area was rather small & cosy, could only fit 2 in a steam room. The jets in the pool weren’t working.

A very comfortable hotel a few steps from the central park and Kolonada. Rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, breakfasts and dinners are generous and tasty. The hotel has its own wellness/spa facilities and a small pool. We'll definitely be back.

The rooms are not air-conditioned. The ones at the back of the building are cool enough, but the ones facing the main street may feel a little too hot. It's usually manageable by opening the windows.

In a walking distance from the heart of the spa town, this hotel offers comfortable rooms and excellent service, be it its in-house spa or at the desk. Breakfast was superb - a great selection of continental/English foods, fruits and drinks. We also had dinner, again, a lot of different meals to choose from a self-service bar and a drink service to the table. Spa has many different options, the hotel has also a reservation-free pool and a sauna.

We had a room without AC. Not sure if there are any airconditioned rooms. We just opend the door to the balcony (had a room with one) and it was better, traffic not really high in this part of town, although on main street. The balcony was shared and neighbours were smokers though, so we could not do this all the time.

Breakfast and dinner were really good. The girls that take care about children animation are doing great job, my son loved to be there and the playground was very nice designed.

The ladies from reception didn't speak English and maybe can try to be more friendly. Swimming pool and sauna are too small, and no parking at the hotel.

Location is superb. Staff is wonderfull. Food was great. Extra bed was comfy. Very halpy about leaving shampoo and shower gel just for children. My daughter loved it. Well done, little thing but goea a long way.

Size of the pool could be bigger. Hairdryer very very slow and weak. Bathroom towels had some staines that couldnt be washed anymore, but it shouldnt be in guest bathroom.
