Excellent location! I chose a room with a balcony. The room was spacious and the view from the room was fantastic! We have been to Marienbad several times and the view from my room at this hotel is the best. I know that because of the season, we got a good value, but it might be even better in spring/ summer. We would like to come back again. It is a little small, but there is a pool and sauna. It was clean. We loved their soft water!

Breakfast was average. I would have preferred fruit cut up instead of whole, and I personally would have liked more variety. One of the faucets in the bathtub was broken.

No parking place at the Hotel. In the bathroom we can't close the water outlet hole. It was defect.

The staff at reception when we arrived were super helpful and friendly. When we raised a concern about the size of the bath in our room, the receptionist gave us the keys to 3 rooms so that we could choose the one that suited us best. Every request was no trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. The location is superb, very central and with a great view of the park from our room. All in all we were very satisfied indeed.

The only downside was that dogs were not permitted in the breakfast area. Therefore we went out to a local cafe which was dog friendly. Having said that, our dogs were welcome at the hotel and, like their owners, were also very content with the accommodation.

Very nicely renovated and rooms spot on clean and comfortable

Kinda was missing a full length mirror (but true I didn't check inside the wardrobe?). I would also expect from this kind of hotel to have at least a selection of tea/bottled water for free (which becomes normal at other locations with 4****) and a body lotion/hair conditioner. But what would bother me the most is the noise in the morning when ladies clean the rooms. If you are at the spa hotel you want to rest and not to be woken up by a noisy chatter of housekeepers.

Maybe you could wash your cutlery and crockery better - they were rather greasy. And there was a lipstick stain on my glass. Not good.

Everything was spot on, very clean, and staff was helpful and spoke many languages. The only problem we had was the hard beds. We would have personally preferred softer ones. But all the rest was amazing. The view from the superior rooms is spectacular. Spa open till 8 is very convenient. Receptionist gave us a recommendation of what to see (lady was local and knew good places). Breakfast was continental style and had plenty of choices from beans and bacon to sweet Czech " koláče ". Coffee in a variety of options and also fresh veggies and fruit. Decor of the whole hotel was very royal like. We felt very welcome.

Hard beds, but hotel staff informed us they are fixing it in the future.

I took 1 day for a very cheap price, so I will not complain much. The location is really nice. You can hear singing fountain from your room. Check-in/out was smooth. Bed was comfortable. We also went to SPA area for free. Nothing fancy but still. Also, they have elevator.

Only paid parking nearby( if you stay for longer, it can get expensive). Worn-off furniture(but still functioning). Receptionist struggles with English. The want you to check-in online and put there your bank-card data(why? Booking already has my data and handles the payment). Also for some reason they asked for visa-card (I was lucky to bring it with me even tho I could stay in EU as a tourist for 90 days. I hope they don't sell customer's data). But I got what I've paid (36 eur/night), so it was still a good deal for me.

I have enjoyed the hotel, breakfast and also the staff at the reception. It is located in a beautiful place in the centre of Mariánské Lázně Spa.. The weather was great. The sun was shining and it was snowing at the same time the whole weekend. Even though the sauna was not very spacious (just for two people), the swimming pool and the atmosphere were gorgeous!! I can highly recommend it to people who love clean rooms, kind and lovely personnel and peace.. Markéta F. from Pilsen

The sauna could be bigger and there were no whirlpools on in the swimming pool..which was a pitty.
