The lady at the check-in desk went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She stayed after hours to make sure I got in O.K. on arrival, and agreed to get my laundry done within 24 hrs of me giving it to her when I checked in. The location of the hotel is central to Marianske Lazne, and there is a good restaurant on the lower level of the hotel, which makes it very convenient to eat there.

No elevator! I had to lug my heavy luggage up close to 20 steps once inside the hotel just to get to the lobby and the deck-in desk, and then another 25 or so up to the second floor from there, where my simple, but adequate, room was located.

The hotel is very well located and our room was superb. The reception staff were fantastic, making our stay at the hotel and the city a very pleasant experience.

We were disappointed with the restaurant. We asked for a wine bottle that was not opened until the main dishes were served. And there was a mistake with what I requested as the main dish. I pointed out this to the waitress and instead of an apology, the waitress complained to me, I decided not to argue and accept what I was served.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel at perfect location in the centrum of Mariáske Lazne. The weather was really bad (raining and cold), so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the nice view from the terrace to the town. Everything was clean and it looked almost like the hotel was brand new even though the building originates from the second half of the 19th century. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was also very extensive and served in the stylish restaurant downstairs. Parking was available at the hotel yard for extra price 125CZK per night.

No complaints at all, everything was just as expected.

The location was excellent, quiet, and very close to the attractions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

There was no elevator if you stay in the upper level room. But you don’t need one if you stay at Apt #1.

We had a beautiful room with a small roof terrace and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good and the staff was lovely. The location allowed us to do everything by foot.

It did get a bit hot at night and we were only able to open one of the windows. It would be good to put a fan in the room.

Very convenient location just steps from the Kolonnade but quite area . Our Appartement with 2 bedrooms was very comfortable for 2 couples be totally independent. Breakfast good . Restaurant for dinner excellent. Staff nice and friendly

No place in bathroom to leave toiletry bags. No place near toilet to leave personal items. No iron and ironing board. No tissues

Lovely building in a slightly elevated position with good views. Lady manager was very helpful and we were given a very spacious and comfortable suite. We ate on the terrace in the sunshine. The food and service was excellent.

After a mix-up when we checked in with an identical code that was given to two different rooms, everything was sorted. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is central, yet it's very quiet.

Great restaurant, location and overall design of the place is great.

Only skylight windows in the rooms on 2nd floor - no view out.
