Spa included in the price was really nice - small pool, whirlpool, steambath, sauna, relaxing area... The rooms and the decor felt outdated, but the room was quite large and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - great choice, large variety, fresh fruit and smoothies, loved it!

The price felt high for a small town like Rožnov. The decor was outdated, eventhough bed was comfortable. The bar closed early and the hotel staff felt mildly uninterested. The food in the nearby restaurant Kordulka was average and the waitress made a mistake in our order.

We keep returning to this hotel. It has a great location, it’s clean and has really all we need. A big plus is wellness included in the price. There is a lovely restaurant Kordulka right next to the hotel with local food.

There could be a better variety of food for the breakfast. Especially the cold choice…

(not about dislike, just don't understand): on reception you'll get room key and card - but card is just to activate electricity in room. you wont use it for any other purpose (like opening room). for me it doesnt make a big sense to ditstribute it on reception, but rather to keep it in room only like for electricity switcher. in welness: - the dampf sauna the seats are quite hot (wasnt able to keep sitting on them even if I used water hose to cool them down) and not that much steam in it and with low frequency - door on classic sauna was not sitting well and sometimes they suddenly get opened (some simple magnetic-lock is missing)

Nice clean hotel with free wellness ! Comfy beds. Good breakfast.

Bar staff - unprofessional! Couldn’t prepare the mixed drink they’ve had in the menu list. The drink (caipirinha) wasn’t drinkable!

No need to compare with other hotel, if there is a room, just book it.

Having a balcony allowed us to sit outside comfortably and admire the gorgeous view. The room was big with a king-sized bed and plenty of room for luggage etc. The surrounding grounds were spectacular and we were able to walk through them at our leisure and see wildlife play. The playground was great for kids.

The pillows were lumpy. The bed was hard. Although someone came daily to make up our room, they did not vacuum up crumbs nor did they clean dirty dishes. There weren't any tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The food for breakfast was not great.
