Super nice getaway, enjoyed not too crowded spa snd saunas, very enjoyable dinner experience with interesting drinks and food presentations. Seemed like many options for active vacation in the neighborhood.

A lot of the staff at the restaurant seemed to be foreign with limited communication abilities in Czech, Slovak or English languages which led to some miscommunications. Some of the items in the menu were quite overpriced (coffee for example).

Hotel Tatra’s interior design is stunning, so tastefully decorated. It captures the local heritage beautifully.

Beds. I understand that the Czech people don’t mind putting two single beds together and calling it double, however, the comfort is lost when you end up in the dip between during the night.

Very nice accomodation! We keep returning. It's pity the outside jacuzzi are not little bigger. Great restaurant with perfect food on site.

Amazing location, sun terrace and wellness was great. Very clean, welcoming lobby. Good breakfast.

Lack of staff (specially in the restaurant), people not properly trained and organized. Some were working 150% and some just ignore guests. Restaurant very expensive and open only till 9pm. For such a hotel with this price range this was surprise.

Absolutely everything

The interior is fantastic. The rooms are very small but practical and feel cozy. Staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Another thing worth mentioning is the wellness which is just perfect.

FOOD 5/10: The food is average with very limited options. The dinner buffet is on the level of a 3* hotel with the combinations making very little sense. There’s also no bar menu and the kitchen closes at 21:00, so if you’re hungry you won’t be able to get anything to eat. Shops and restaurants in the area also close around the same time so you’re out of options to get a late meal. Also there are these stupid small lights on every window that turn on at night and shine extremely brightly. This was a significant disturbance as it interrupts your sleep and prevents complete darkness.
