The kindness of the staff stood out during our stay. They were always friendly and accommodating. The food was acceptable, and we had a pleasant dining experience. Our room was nice and comfortable. A special thanks to Tina from the animation team, who was responsible for the mini disco for kids—she did a fantastic job keeping the little ones entertained

There was a lack of variety in the food, and refills were not provided most of the time, which was disappointing. Additionally, the animation team could use some improvement to better engage guests.

Well, as for my experience at the Novotel Marsa Alam Hotel, it was pretty great in general and it was nice as well, but I have some feedbacks that I would like to add there in a friendly way as a friend who works in the hotel's fields and not like a guest. First, I would like to express my admiration for the grill and what is served there because every day the taste was great from the butcher section and they really deserved 100 out of 100. Then I moved to the hot section which was also great and the taste was very good. I know that there are not many options but this does not negate that the hot section was worthy of 10/10 in terms of Paying attention to the taste, also the Gardemange in the Salad section that it has is also wonderful. The salad was varied in terms of international and also oriental types and many such as mini sandwiches that were sometimes served with dinner and lunch meals inside the restaurant. Also the bakery section was very nice for breakfast and it deserves 10/10 as well. There is no doubt about that. The morsel of bread was amazing and cooked with precision. The taste was very nice as well and nothing bothered me there and all the things in the bakery were very good. Go to the pastry section. This disappointed me a little because it was not often artistic. There is a lot that the hotel’s pastry department must work on, especially oriental sweets, because they were often not at the required level. Therefore, I personally hope that a little work will be done on the pastry department and the matter will be developed there, I know that sometimes it has to do with materials, but creativity can also be done with a few materials. I would also like to thank the public chef there for his frankness in everything and how he can control Quality and how he is a very respectable, friendly and very calm person. This is with regard to food. There were no problems with it.

Only two small bottles of water a day One bathroom on a large beach, should be more than one Snacks at the beach and pool and their timings The hot water has had some problems in the last 5 days

The resort is so cozy, greenery every here and clean. The room is beautiful and comfortable. Food is high quality (ingredients & taste). Special thanks to Mr. Ayman from reception, he is so patient & helpful. Also Mr. Elsayed Mostafa from Papyrus Lounge bar is so kind & helpful. And the great girl Casey Vanmunster from animation team she asking us for everything, so helpful, kind, smiley & very active.

The drinks need more efforts to be better, all drinks form all bars is not cold enough, and that a big problem in high temperatures. The good thing is is serving a better beer (Stella).

Room is good with nice pool view, quality of food is very good,,the guardian on the pool is so helpfull as he offered a life jacket to my handicap kid , receptionist did his best to satisfy our need

Some staff at restaurants not well qualified to deal with guests,no food variety, unfortunately only one elevator available and it broke down so suffered with my handicap kid and waited long time to get help

Something not related to the resort, Coral Reef is normal, not wow. didn't meet my expectations for snorkelling, but there is another guests did diving activities in the same area. Maybe it's better in the bottom *snacks is the Baddest thing ever is very poor ( availability and variety )

A good hotel for that money. really friendly animation team, life guards, some bar tenders and some waiters. Beautiful coral reef right at the end of the pier.

We had some issue with one of the waiter who was extremely rude to us. We made a complaint and assistant general manager helped us a lot and tried to do his best to please us. we end up happy with his offer and he was really helpful.

Seashore is not suitable for swimming, rocks all over the shore, parents and kids couldn't enjoy the sea, was so disappointed about that

snacks is less than simple island bar guy was not welcoming and does not deal professionally

Everything was good at all, food very nice especially grill, hot section was so nice like last year but was more good this year, cold section is so amazing I'm very like, Bakery section was so fantastic at breakfast of course, A la carte restaurant this time was so much fantastic really, 2 times i eat there and was very delicious

Must be a lot working at snakes on beach and pool, must very must be 2 or 3 bathroom on beach road because 1 bathroom not good idea at all, should pastry section be more good work than he now cuz it can be more good than this

Peaceful Stay with Outstanding Service "My stay at Novotel Marsa Alam was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is perfectly peaceful — ideal for true relaxation. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ayman Radwan at the reception. His professionalism, genuine cooperation, and calm demeanor made every interaction a pleasure. His soothing presence is truly comforting for guests and adds a special touch to the whole experience. The beach is rocky rather than sandy, but within the marina lies breathtaking underwater scenery for snorkeling lovers — so impressive that you don’t even feel the need to go on any boat trips. The overall vibe of the hotel is incredibly quiet, perfect for those who love tranquility. Since I was travelling with my kids, we were probably the only ones adding a bit of lively noise — and that made our stay even more memorable!

If this place had an aqua park, it would be the perfect summer resort — that’s the only thing missing. Overall, the experience was exactly what I expect from the Accor Hotels brand: high standards, excellent service, and unforgettable memories."
