We had one of the best family vacations in the hotel everything was perfect, the staff were helpful, cheerful and trying their best to give us the best experience. The hotel has a great reef which allow us to snorkel and see different kinds of fish.

To stop plastic from entering the sea and save marine life, the hotel must reduce the amount of single-use plastic. The food needs some improvements, especially quality.

The hotel has many activities, and the beach is wonderful. The hotel has the best animation team you can find in Egypt. The staff is nice and friendly, especially Mr. Abdelrahman who brought us the towels in the beach. He is a very kind and hospitable person.

The food is terrible. There was low variety, and most of them tasted bad. Only the beach snacks were kinda good

Very friendly staff and a kitchen team which done their very best to comfort the clients. Three big meals a day. Wonderful garden. Good rooms service with plenty of waterbottels. Big rooms with balkony.

The animation team: no communication what is the plan for today, to loud music, standing around at the beach without doing something. The italian team at the other side doing a much better job. The materials ( Boule, Dart etc. )are rotten. No toilet at the beach. Missing a little changing hut for clothes. WLAN very weak, only in the lobby. Aircon very loud from the neibours. Cats and birds at the dinningarea flying into the room to the breadbaskets.

This is my first time I've been to Pensee hotel and definitely won't be my last, you will feel it the moment you step into the huge fancy lobby, the staff there are extremely helpful and well-mannered. Mr. Ramadan and Mr. Ahmed Wahbi were amazingly supportive and understanding. The hotel got an amazing bunch of entertainment activities and night shows everyday (fire show, magic show, tanoura, bedwin tent.. etc.). I also liked the diversity of food so much, it was tasty, nicely prepared and served. All rooms got an astonishing mixture of sea and pool views, the private beach is just a few steps away, and the nature's beauty there will blow your mind, you don't need to dive deep to take lots of cool photos and videos with fish and coral reefs all around you, they are everywhere even in shallow waters. Staff in the hotel have also invited me to the bedwin tent for an amazing oriental dinner, Mr. Islam and Um Mohammed were doing their far best for our satisfaction. You should expect that you will be asked frequently by staff if everything is good? or if you got any suggestions for improvement? or if you like a certain food. Honestly I've been to many luxurious hotels with 10x the price and never got this much amount of care. Lastly, the thing I liked the most is that tipping culture is not present, everyone there is driven by his passion. Advises for the best stay: - Don't miss the chance to sign for the safari and the diving activities. - Bring your snorkeling gear, you can snorkel yourself on the private beach, you don't need to go on a boat for it.

Great hotel, good food, amazing atmosphere, nothing else really to say other than a fantastic time here. Nothing bad really all the staff were great and always helped when needed. Would come again 100%. Beach was beautiful and coral reef was amazing. Hope this helps anyone that is doubting to come. The bad reviews aren't right to be honest. Nothing everything was perfect

Staff where very helpful and co-operative. Lcation is great as it is away from crowded places Night sky was wonderful Room was spacious Receptionist offered better room and responded to our request to have upper level room. Also, were very hospitable when we were checking out as they offer woderful breakfast after midnight Air conditioner was very good Pool was very good, clean, kids friendly Food was good Last day they made a creative action by making dinner at beach

May be they should pay more focus on restuarant places Need to add toilet to restuarant area as there was one toilet at looby Reception and resturant need powerful air conditioner

The presence of huge amount of mosquitoes. The shortage of places for car parking. The view of the room background The restaurant on the beach is very small. One toilet on the beach

-Actually we've enjoyed everything about the resort, the staff were v.helpful,cooperative & friendly especially Mr.Ramadan Sayed (the receiptionist) for his exceptional care and dedication. -The beach was exceptional, snorkling can be done easily by the shore, lunch can be taken by the sea, beduin tent by the beach to enjoy at night, animation team available and a nice kids area at every corner at the resort.

-The resort needs some maintenance and gardening. -Keep in mind to get your medicines with you, the prices is a bit higher.

The staff was really helpful and doing all their best to please us. Mr. Ramadan at the counter is very helpful and does his best to accommodate us in a room with a perfect view which we enjoyed. Also, Mr.Ahmed Omar was very decent in replying to all of our questions before we go to Marsaalam. Everyone on the staff has a smile and respectfully asks about how our stay is.

The food needs some improvements, especially in lunch, but it was overall good in quality and quantity. The shower in the bath need to be a cabin, not an open area with a curtain, also adding shampoo is needed. The entertainment team was very good but only one or 2 hrs in the end of the day, it is preferable to be activities during the day specially on the beach.
