Staff : The staff are by far the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. I have been fortunate to stay in many. I have also ran a holiday company. They make everyone feel so welcome and like Royalty. What is different is they are so warm to each other too. Genuine hospitality from everyone, they truly are a happy hotel. Both my boys, one very sensitive to environments were at ease and all staff adapted effortlessly to scenarios. The perfect measure of attentiveness and consideration. I met personally managers, pool life guards, chefs, waiters, room prep front of house. A unique team. Pools: There are lots of pools to choose from, heated like a warm bath. The Aqua park too on main slides. So much fun for all ages and adults too, actually especially adults. There are ones for inflatable slides too. Ambience: Photos just can't ever do this place justice. It's very stylish, there is lots if attention to detail from art pieces to trendy furniture on the beach. Lots of well thought out areas games, hammocks. The speakers quality and lighting is first class. Along with soft furniture. The gardens are already in bloom and fantasticly designed. Beach: Sandy, quiet, crystal clear waters, excellent snorkeling, loads of comfortable sun beds. Plenty of activities such as volleyball and balls. All the things you would expect like Wifi Cleanliness Towels Sun loungers Mini bar Aircon Hot showers Are all excellent Compared to my disappointing experience to the hotel range a short distance away. The overall experience is night and day. The hotel is new, it's still being built in areas. This didn't impact our holiday in the slightest. In fact enhanced our experience as a bit quieter. I am conflicted to do an honest review as selfishly I would like to keep it as our secret hotel. However such a place deserves to be shared and enjoyed. It's an exciting project and I have already recommended to friends and making plans to return.

We didn't like having to leave. In all seriousness, I was too busy enjoying everything, there was nothing I didn't like and I didn't want to look for problems. Unlike our other stay via TUI in Jaz Grande Marsa that we were so unhappy there, we could not leave fast enough. We paid for accommodation twice, but it was so worth it to leave this fantastic country on a holiday high. Thanks to all Amarina Jannah

Fantastic hotel where the service level meets all expectations. Aquapark is great and coral reef is well protected. Good options for scuba diving. Also options for many day trips. Restaurant service is great. The staff knows/recognises you and always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We had one issue during the stay. It was the pharmacy that gave us the wrong medication, and then when we got the correct one, they charged us 5x European prices. We complained at the reception, and got the issue fixed. Great handling by the staff. Pools are located over a long area. So, even when the hotel is full, you never feel like it's packed anywhere. Generally a VERY good hotel where you feel welcome and comfortable.

The evening animation is very loud, but stops around 23-ish. Otherwise only improvements: More variation in the food of the restaurant. They should use the outdoor area more for serving/making food/grill/bread, like their competing hotels. It's a new hotel so they are still "learning / improving". Rooms are fine and with good size, but workers don't have attention to details. E.g. chalking is very poorly executed. Also, a little far from any civilization :)

It was one of the most wonderful vacation, i have ever made for me and my family, the place is amazing, starting from the room, pools, aqua park, sea beach and marina. The staff is really amazing and very helpful, all of them are there to help you and make you happy as they can. Special thanks to Mr. mohamed, Mr. walid and Mr. Amr Asaad for their kindness and dedicated service. My girls were very happy and they didn’t want to leave 😘 It was a pleasure to be in such place🙏🏻. keep going and for sure i am gonna see you soon.

I stayed there with a small kid, so we mostly used kids pool, and the one in Aqua park. Both of them have slides inside. We loved it. Aqua park also has a lot of big slides for older children and adults. We didn't experience any animation program so I can't comment on that. But we did spend some time on the beach and it's very nice...lots of sand for the kid, nice entrance in the water...you can even see some fishes in the shallow water. The coral reef is couple of meters from the shore, so if there are no waves you can snorkel. we had couple of very calm days, but also windy ones (waves are very big so it's not possible to go in the water), but you can use the beach and pools. Our room was very nice, it had terrace from which we could access kids pools, so it was very convenient. Food in the restaurant was great for us, we could always find something for us. Cookies and cakes were great (not to sweet). Some food was available each day, but there was also some that was different each day (like soups). I loved it. And people that work there are really friendly! We didn't have any stomach problems. Kids club could use some improvements (lack of materials for play).

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly and polite, always ready to help and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were clean and spacious, with everything in perfect order. Housekeeping clearly pays great attention to detail. The animation is so active, Thanks to them, every day was full of fun and good emotions. There were no problems with the food, everything was perfect . The property is well maintained and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. Food was also excellent, with a wide range of delicious dishes. It was an amazing stay! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

A small part of the road leading to the hotel isn’t paved yet, so you’ll drive through a short desert stretch (about 3 minutes), but it’s totally worth it once you arrive.

The hotel is well renewed, comfy and cozy, access to the beach is not a long walk..everything pretty closed by. Everyone we met was lovely and friendly, from hotel staff, to the shops owners, sellers on the beach, and mostly the guys from the Dive. It is pretty close to the airport, but not that much to hear planes going back and forth. We had a charming stay, the reef in front of the hotel is very well preserved and rich, both snorkeling and diving. Food was varied and tasty, the Indian restaurant, excellent! Rooms are very spacious and clean. We would definitely repeat if we have the chance! Thank you to everybody for making our stay so great!

Everything you need in one resort! We loved our 10 days at the Amarina Jannah and would love to come back. We had our routine sussed from day 1 which included plenty sun, beach walks, sunbathing and lovely food. Staff were great, especially our friends in the kitchen who managed to help my wife with gluten free options every day. We booked originally seeing the many great reviews this place had and now they have another happy customer that can't rate this place highly enough. Many thanks and hopefully be back sometime soon!

I booked this hotel for my parents, who are 70+, to spend their first Christmas somewhere warm and stress-free. Since my parents have been in Egypt more than 10 times, they had an idea of what to expect. They came back absolutely amazed that they had never experienced such a hotel in Egypt before and as soon as they get the chance, they want to come back to Amarina Jannah Resort. The people who work here are absolute professionals and make their customers feel the kindness every minute, everything was new and clean, the room was huge, the food was amazing, the pools, beach and sea were breathtaking. I am very happy that I was able to give my parents such a gift for Christmas, and I think that from now on I will want to repeat it every Christmas. I want to thank the Amarina Jannah Resort for such an approach to oldest people who do not speak any world language, and they managed to make the pensioners so happy. I will come to visit you with my wife in a few months, for now I just sending the most beautiful greetings from my parents! Thanks again Amarina Jannah Resort!!!

The Hotel is in superb condition throughout, the management and the staff are superb, high quality personal experience, friendly and very helpful to a man, our room was cleaned every day to an exeptional level, fresh and clean. Restaurant efficient, clean and excellent food with a wide range of choice, add to that the three A La Carte restaurants provide an excellent addition for Dining for a special evening. you can relax on the beach, enjoy camel rides, yoga, stretching, darts, volleyball, a fresh drink from the Beachbar and snorkelling on the impressive Hotel Reef. The main attraction for my wife and myself were the incredible people who made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing, big shout out to Mr Ahmed, Mohamed Osman, Amr and Dr Ahmad who looked after me incredibly well, there are too many to say a big thank you to. The management are committed to improving their Hotel over the coming months and we eagerly look forward to our next visit ASAP. Thanks everyone.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff at this hotel for their outstanding support and professionalism during my stay. I encountered a small issue, and the way it was handled truly exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to the receptionist Mohamed Omar, who was exceptionally kind, efficient, and reassuring throughout the process. I also deeply appreciate the guest relation Mohamed Kambouris and Khalid, who took the time to personally follow up and ensure everything was resolved smoothly and to my satisfaction. I must also mention the wonderful entertainment team—such friendly, energetic, and welcoming people who brought so much joy and positivity every single day. Their enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to this amazing team, what could have been a stressful situation turned into a reminder of how great service can truly make a difference. I’m sincerely grateful and will definitely return!
