The staff is very helpful and polite as all jaz staff. Its my third stay at jaz hotels and the second here at madinet coraya and i respect jaz management so much.food is amazing and tasty.aqua park is great. Rooms big and clean.alot of pools and beautiful sandy beach safe for children and also wonderful for snorkeling with amazing location at coraya bay which is the most beautiful spot in marsa alam.animation team is active.

Nothing.maybe only all inclusive program could be much better like more nuts and snacks variety.something like rixos hotels.

Several hotels are planned as one space, you can enjoy beautiful territory and facilities of all of them. Nice reef and sea. Almost total absence of annoying ones living at the Southern shore of Arctic Ocean.

Our building was not the newest in the hotel complex, so was the room. But the great sea-view made us forget about those little things which need to be refurbished

*the staff were Great Especially chef antar and emad from the reception both getting out of thier way to help and make us happy. *the late checkout was great. *the stay was comfortable generally. *great rooms. * the animation team did great effort. * Mohamed from house keeping was very helpful and clean. * Loved the aqua park. * The special seafood dinner was superb. We even extended our stay and when the hotel was fully booked they opened thier show rooms for us which was very appreciated

*some of the staff were over friendly to the extent that it was uncomfortable. *the food wasn't always nice. *it wasn't a great all inclusive wasn't as expected. *very long distance between places. * the Egyptian liqueur was terrible there so many other local Egyptian alcoholic drinks but you needed to pay extra and wasn't included in the all inclusive which is wierd * Beach service needs alot of improvement alobg with better staff.

Staff. This is incredible how hard those people work. Everybody was so kind, helpful and smiling. Great waiters (special thanks to Mamdouh:)), people who take care of cleaning, people in spa, at the bar, at the reception, animators (Islam you’re the best!) - they are doing an amazing job. Good choice of tasty food. We didn’t have digesting problems not even once. Very good drinks. Rooms are cleaned everyday. There is service by the pool all the time. Lot of very well kept greenery all around the hotel. Hotel is not crowdy. Close to airport - 10 minutes so you don’t waste time for traveling. Sandy beach, beautiful bay and coral reef. Simply everything.

Better wind protection would be very nice.

The restaurant was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. A huge shoutout to Hamdy in the restaurant who went out of his way to learn what we liked to drink at different mealtimes and always gave us great service. another shoutout to Kirolos (sorry, not sure how to spell his name) at reception who spent significant time helping us reserve a table at the a-la-carte restaurant. He was super friendly and kind and didn’t make us feel like we were bothersome.

Our housekeeping guy was absolutely amazing - taking time to prepare our room well and give us a surprise each day. It’s not his fault at all - it’s just what he is trained to do…but the bathroom was not cleaned well (mopping the floor is not enough…. it needs to be sprayed down to catch all the dirt and hair). Also, our toilet sprayer (shattaf) was not working. A plumber came twice, but it just broke again immediately after. This was rather inconvenient :)

We had the best time at this resort! The service was fantastic—everyone was so friendly and helpful from the start. There were so many fun things to do for both kids and adults. We were never bored, not even for a minute! The animation team was amazing and super fun. They made us laugh every day with their games and shows. They really made the whole trip extra special. The food was also really good, with lots of tasty choices. Every meal was fresh and enjoyable. This resort is perfect for families or anyone who wants a fun, relaxing holiday. We loved every moment and can’t wait to come back!

The cocktails were fantastic as was the service at the pool and at the beach where waiters brought you drinks. The pontoon enters a bay so when it is windy, the sea is calmer. There is also access to a sandy beach which is open when it is very windy which you can swim at. The hotel provides wind breakers. The aqua park has many slides and is very fun. Lifeguards at the pool were very attentive.

The food was repetitive. At breakfast bacon was only provided one morning. There is always a long queue for waffles and crepes at the beach bar. Not all cocktails are made at the beach bar and the selection is limited. The hotel conditioner doesn't work. When we stayed it was very windy and there was a strong current by the pontoon so you couldn't swim. On non windy days the lifeguard was not watching the water, he watched the beach so if anything were to happen I'm not certain he would actually step in. Lots of jelly fish in the sea. Coral is about 20% dead. Overall I recommend staying at the jaz lamaya

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Lamaya in Marsa Alam, and my experience was nothing short of amazing. Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Amenities: The amenities were top-notch. From the beautiful swimming pool to the well-equipped fitness center, everything was available to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Food: The dining options were excellent. The variety and quality of food exceeded our expectations. Location: The location of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views were breathtaking, and the beach access was very convenient. Special Thanks: I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mohamed Harb. His exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

The staff is super friendly and provide you with a great service. The entertainment is on the high level, every day there was something interesting to see and the fire show in boho style was amazing! There are many activities you can make and the animators team will always assist you. A great bonus was to see almost no russians in the hotel!

Outside hotel in the shops the sellers will try to cheat you, so come prepared. And if you need to buy anything, you should be ready to bargain. It's not really about the hotel but just so you are aware!

Generally very good hotel.

One important remark - it is too slippery in the pool area. Usually, the floor in top hotels near the pool is made out of anti-slippery materials. Here it is not the case and one of my family member - although being ultra careful all the time - slipped, fell and hit her head. I know that guys from the Service Team clean the place all the time, but it will never be about due to the nature of materials used there. Shouldn’t be the case in a hotel of this category.
