My late husband and I had visited the Concorde many times in the past and as is the custom for loyal guests, we got to plant a tree in 2018. We skipped a year because we went to Thailand the following year, and in 2020, we all went into lockdown and were once again unable to visit our beloved Concorde. We both contracted Covid and sadly, my beloved husband passed away. This year, I felt emotionally ready to return and contacted Ahmed El Marakby (the Front Office Mgr) to tell him that I would be visiting with two friends. Ahmed was on leave, so he asked Saad Eldin Mohsen (the Assistance Front Office Mgr) to handle the booking. He was so kind and empathetic and made sure that every detail of our stay was taken care of. This has to be my all-time favourite hotel! The rooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. On this particular trip, Mohammed Rabie (the Housekeeping Mgr) had the room decorated so beautifully, that I was totally overwhelmed! The bathrooms are also fabulous and everything is extremely clean. The grounds are beautiful and the view of the sea is magnificent. I love this hotel because it's not a huge resort, yet you have absolutely everything that you need. There is ample space so that you don't have people sitting on top of you and you don't have to walk for miles to get a bit of peace and quiet. Yet it is far from dull and boring. The animation team offers a lot to keep you busy. The food is exquisite, a huge variety. The quality was amazing with something for every palate. Make sure you have at least 1 dinner in the Italian restaurant, run by Alaa. The evening entertainment will keep you involved and amused. The Concorde has always felt like home to me, so this is where I wanted to erect a plaque to honour my husband. Saad, Mohammed (the chief gardener) and the engineering team assisted me and even constructed a frame for it. I am eternally grateful!

I didn't like that I could only stay for 4 days. But I WILL be back!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special, they even surprised us with a beautiful wedding cake, which truly touched our hearts ❤️. The atmosphere at the resort was warm and welcoming. The pool bar team was always friendly and cheerful, making us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff at the restaurant were really amazing, they were so kind and attentive, and the food was delicious. Honestly, every single person working in the hotel restaurants was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the reception team was—they made everything smooth and easy from the moment we arrived. They also served us with a special two lunch boxes when our stay is finished ❤️. Wagdy, in particular, was exceptionally kind and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, every person we met at the resort was polite, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a memorable experience from start to finish.

Everything was perfect to me!

very good and clean room with balcony; there is nice coral and fish at the end of the jetty (but the sea current was too strong for snorkling during the time that I stayed there, so I did dive/snorkel trips via the dive center which was nice); friendly personnel; nice place with some trees and flowers I asked for a room with sea view and (maybe because I was there before) got it, which was very nice. Every morning I could see the sun rise from my balcony. They were also very kind to me in changing my check-out time. I brought a wetsuit, because the water is at its coldest in February. At first I snorkled without wetsuit, but for me it gets too cold after some time. You can also rent a wetsuit from the dive center in the resort.

There is quite hard music near the swimming pools. The majority seems to like it according to the manager. It is easy to escape from it by staying at the beach.

Service was exceptional. Food was good with lots of variety at every meal. The traditional dinner at Seafood restaurant was wonderful as were Egyptian and Nubian dinners. Shout out to Ahmed (and the front desk team), Elle at Orca dive, Hassam for help with all our dining, Mohammed the Chef, Mina for Spa bookings (and Hana and Ebram our masseuses) for making our stay wonderful.

It would be great to have more Egyptian offerings at the buffet. We appreciated that there was always something local at each meal and the grill.

everything about this place is charming , the sea the diving the the view the service the rooms the food snd most importantly the staff . i had a great experience dealing with everyone that works there perfect communication skills , high emotional intelligence, high level of professionalism . i will always come back guys 💜

Very good resort for a week's stay, clean, comfortable, properly manned, nice. Beach is acceptable and reef around the property good (front water is shallow and rocky, but there is a walk-pier for reaching deeper water). Food is ok, without exceptional peaks. Staff kind and helpful.

I would improve entertainment. People in the job there, were good and put effort in the shows, but they were few of them. Sunday show good.

Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

Sauna/whirlpool should be free. The condition of some elements was a little run down (for instance, curtains did not flow nicely and got stuck, damaged curtains). These are not really big issues, certainly not for the price we paid, but this could be improved for a hotel with 5-star pretensions. Room cleaning was ok but could be better. Several items were not replaced or cleaned up during our stay. It's not a complaint but an area for improvement. The entourage outside the hotel property was not very inspiring. Just a resort in the middle of nowhere. Staying here for a week is nice. If it is longer, I am unsure if I liked that.

The food was excelent! I didn't expect that quality at all. Lots of vegetarian options too and the selection changed every day. 👌🏿 The staff was nice and not pushy, which is great. The room and all of the facility was really clean. It's a smaller hotel complex but that is its superpower. They treat us really well and beyond necesary and I would recommend this hotel to everybody for even few nights. Plus it's not far from the airport.

I don't recommend to go to their italy restaurant instead regular dinner because the food is not that great.

Is already my second journey to Concorde. The hotel itself is really nice. They look very well after their garden. Rooms are quite big and get cleaned every day. We came for diving. The Diving center there is the biggest plus of the hotel. Super well organized and diving sites are great. Hot stone massage was really nice. Thank you Ahmed.

Pier broke down when we have been there in march 22 which makes snorkelling and diving in the housreef more difficulte and it will probabely stay like this for at least 3 month. In my eyes they started to work on the pier way to late. Food is average especially for vegetarians like us. It is super annoying that if you stay on the beach in the moring every 10min somebody from the hotel want to sell you something. The hotel should do a better job in protecting their customers from getting bothered that much - especially since it didn't change from our last stay in 2015!!
