It’s a great value for money, an inclusive place with all the activities possible in Marsa Alam. The snorkling there is something else. We could see a turtle right there while we’ve been trying to find any in different deatinations in Marsa Alam. There’s a diving club too if you’re a diver. The animation team spiced things up all day and night. The location is perfect, yet you wouldn’t need anything outside the hotel. Finally, the exceptional service and the welcoming staff did all the magic. We asked for a late checkout. The hotel offered us a free late checkout, a lunch meal, and even extra meals to take away with us! That was really generous. We are greateful and we’ll definitely come back again.

Great renovated hotel. The hotel's chef is a real magician, he cooks meat dishes deliciously, and desserts are delicious. Excellent and very tasty dishes. Large rooms, lovely pool and convenient beach.

The staff is incredibly kind and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. Food is very good. I even had car problems during my stay and the staff were instrumental in helping me during this challenge.

Good hospitality , the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is generally beautiful.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be captivated by the hotel’s beautiful and authentic Nubian style—it’s truly eye-catching. The warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff make you feel instantly welcome. On the beach, the animation team keeps the energy high, and I’d like to especially mention Mr. Abdallah for his cheerful attitude and friendly presence. In housekeeping, Mr. Mohamed Farahat went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfectly taken care of, showing great attention to detail and care. A special thanks also goes to Mr. Mohamed El-Deeb, the Front Office Manager, whose exceptional service and dedication made our stay smooth and enjoyable by resolving any issues with great professionalism. The entire staff is remarkably kind, attentive, and helpful. Tip: I highly recommend paying a little extra for a sea view room—the breathtaking view is something you’ll never forget.

While the food and juice options could be more varied, what’s available is generally good and doesn’t take away from the overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

Since we came, a very warm welcome beginning with the reception and going through all members of the hotel. We had an immediate upgrade without even asking for it. The rooms were comfortable, the restaurant was good quality and taste, several pools, with good animation team, especially at night performances. We enjoyed the sandy sea (unfortunately the sea was a little bit too shallow), but this is nature, can't complain.

As an advice, try to have more variety in food especially during lunch. And the quality of patisseries need to be somehow upgraded. The snorkeling area must be bigger, you have all the area needed along the coral reef.

The coral reef was amazing. I was very warmly received and helped by Ahmed Abdel Hamid, who helped me in every way and gave good tips and recommendations, and in general, went an extra mile. I wish all receptionists were like him. The housekeeping guy was very nice too - he made a towel heart for me, although I was staying alone 😅😍 Besides, I found NLT travel company just great - Alex helped me to get to Luxor by booking a tour with an outstanding Egyptologist, whose Italian was next to perfect.

The food in the canteen wasn't great, but the BBQ and Mongolian restaurant had delicious food. No proper cocktails - do not expect any real juices in them.

Exceptional resort. The staff is really super kind and helpful. Resort with a truly incredible beach with the possibility of bathing in shallow water for both adults and children. Inside the resort we did many excursions from horseback riding in the water and in the desert to the view of the coral reef. We used the SPA which gave us sensational massages. A special thanks to the staff for welcoming and pampering us from the first to the last day. We will definitely be back Jacopo and Francesca.
