Location is beautiful. This is a unique lodge and especially loved the design and botanical garden. Even though I travelled on my own I met up with people there. We were all diving with Emperor who were superb. Very friendly staff at the lodge. The pool was a good size for swimming lengths. The restaurant area was very good. Good idea to have glass water bottles in the room to fill up in the restaurant. I felt there were a lot of eco friendly ideas. Good shower system.

The mattress was too hard for me. It maybe an idea to have some toppers available to soften the mattress. The rug in the room had some stains on it. The air conditioner was noisy at times. The shower tray was quite dirty at the edges and needed cleaning. Some of the towels were stained. The duvet cover had bobbles on which you would not expect for Egyptian cotton! I think having no menu in the restaurant is not such a good idea. Even if it was a small menu would be good. Having said that there was flexibility to ask for something different. Not enough variety of food, especially if you are vegetarian. More different salads maybe. Possibly stuffed vegetables. Chicken kebabs and more use of the outside grill. These are minor negative responses but can be rectified.

Beautiful and tranquil hotel. Away from noise and chaos of other resort’s. Rooms and pool and really tasteful. Food is great- Mohammed and the team are very attentive. Chico at the pool also very helpful and kept us in the shade!

I like the hotels eco credentials- but I wonder if housekeeping could keep water topped up - feels a bit dangerous everyone walking around with glass bottles to refill.

This property it’s one of the best place I have ever stayed at. I have no words for describing the attention to details and the perfect concept of this location. our stay at the lodge was exceptional in any sense. the room are large with a minimalist interior and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Red Sea. the infinity pool it’s wonderful . the restaurant and the service is more then exceptional… greeting you every day like it was the first time you were there and we felt so welcomed. everyday you can watch the sunrise right in front of the property and the Red Sea it’s so full of life and beauty. we did some escursions booked via the hotel and it couldn’t be better . every corner of this lodge it’s so nice and the people that work there make everything even nicer for your stay. Ahmed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. keep it up with your beautiful concept of peace and connect with nature cause you are winning . we only wish we could stay longer but we will definitely come back next time we chooce to stay in Marsa alam . thank you so much.

Highlights: - beautiful reef: just 5 minutes away from the lodge. Here you can find: eagle spotted stingray, blue-spotted sting ray, turtles, moray eels, barracudas, and all the colorful fish from the Red Sea. - service: the staff was really kind and professional. Ahmed (admin) made sure we had everything we needed. - food: high variety of high quality Egyptian food - tour offers: all the excursions were well organized.

Wadi Sabaraha is like a pearl at the Red Sea. I am so proud that I discovered this unique place with a great philosophy: personal attention and environment are key. The lodge is built according to local customs, the staff makes you feel at home and very special, the rooms have everything you need, there is a great dive site and even a shop with local, beautiful designed products by locals. The food is very good and the living room is a museum you don't want to leave. Don't go to Wadi Sabarah if you want fast food, music and 12 swimming pools, there are plenty of hotels around that offer this concept. Wadi Sabarah is really something else!

Wadi Sabarah is such a gem! The design is absolutely stunning and it fits the surrounding so well. It's a perfect place to undwind and relax. Staff is attentive and friendly, ready to help with your requests and needs. The rooms are beautiful, lot of them has ocean views. The infinity pool with ocean view is incredible. Great for a good swim, but also amazing to chill and read a book by.

I think the set menu (where you can't chose your meals for lunch or dinner) is a bit of a disadvantage, as I for example am quite a picky eater. It could be definitely solved pretty easily.

I recommend staying here - you would be mad to look anywhere else. We spent a week here mostly diving in the daytime, with rest days in between - which we snorkelled on the house reef, massage in the lodge grounds, and a desert dinner. The room (King duluxe) was fantastic - cleaned daily and lovely and spacious with air con and lovely bathroom. The food we opted for all in, and it was fantastic - it was all egyptian food. I only eat chicken and fish - no beef etc, and they were super accomodating. A note, everything is made FRESH not a buffet - the bread is made fresh on the balcony of the restaurant area too. The lodge itself has a history and amazing story - the gardens and restoring desert plants is super interesting. For those that want to go here for the diving I couldnt recommend it more - its very convenient, and do take up the offer of the self guided house reef dive, we saw 2 dolphins! I would recommend the boat dives for some of your stay, the corals are much healthier and we saw a white tip during the boat dives compared to the shore dives. The crew at the centre are all absolute superstars - Simon, Emanuelle, Hani etc, all super helpful and lovely people to be around. Lastly, a few shoutouts to those at the lodge - Chico who was an absolute gem and very helpful and to Nabil who was always very attentive and helpful for dinner. 100% would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge, which is beautifully designed and located in a peaceful spot by the Red Sea. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our time there. The food was delicious, and a special thanks goes to Mina for making the best drinks! The Emperor Divers dive center, conveniently located right next door, was our major highlight. The dive trips were well-organized and always interesting. The rental gear was in excellent condition, and the support team was outstanding—especially Hani, who went above and beyond by taking care of washing the gear after late dives, so we didn’t have to worry about it. Our dive guides, Fiona and Simon, were extremely knowledgeable, fun, and always ensured safety was a top priority. The dive sites were diverse, and the team made sure to adapt to everyone’s preferences. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with fantastic diving!

If you look for Hotel club activities such as dancing, team sport, team games, evening show, this Hotel is not for you. Wadi Sabarah is a paradise of calm, relax and quietness. The staff is highly professional and caring. In the reception: Hassan and bar and restaurant Nabil the Manager and his team Sharif, Mohammed are doing a fantastic job, smiley and professional. Food is good and various, seated, no buffet so that you eat what you need no more and if you want extra you ask and you get it. Bedrooms are clean, most or all of them wit sea view. The reef is superb. What else?
