Staff are amazing,, really helpful, room was so clean and big for me and my family, animation team really good , Food and beverage team doing their best to make everyone satisfied and the ala cart restaurant was so tasty... Maybe will visit it again

Food in the main restaurant alot of it wasted because some items missing the good taste, the hotel need more staff in the main restaurant was feeling sorry really for the workers and i think would be great if new sections open do avoid the long waits for picking the food and makes the stress less on the staff , the quality of food in the main restaurant needs to be same as in the ala cart ones. Also there is a lake between rooms hope it will be fixed as its a perfect spot for mosquitos .

Doctor fees are extremely overpriced 230 euros just for few minutes cleaning ears : No clear price based on your nationality.

Staff were great, always proactive and addressed everything that we wanted. They constantly checked with us if things were fine. The hotel and rooms were clean and our room was spacious with a beautiful sea view. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Abbas and Mr. Mohamed Salah from hotel reception and management and also Mr. Hassan the restaurant manager.

Food was acceptable quality, however, I feel that there should be much more variety and better food quality.

The resort is 30 minutes from Marsa Alam airport. I had a standard garden room and was very happy about that. The room was far away from the evening animation area and close to the beach. The cleaning person did a proper job and was friendly. There is a large animation area (theater and stage) which is busy every night as well as a club that can also get busy. The beach area was lively with aqua gym, Zumba and lots more. Special thanks goes to Waleed Fo at reception who helped me sort out some requests.

I really appreciated the quieter garden room close to the beach area. The food quality and choices should be improved.

Everyone treated us like VIPs. Anything we asked for was done immediately with enthusiasm, generosity, politeness, and friendliness. Mr. Mohammed Abbas, the manager, was onto every detail and followed up personally on our every need. All the staff were very dedicated, nice, and hardworking.

The food was not bad, but was disappointing still. Only very few items were good. The AC was not effective enough, but it was OK. The worst thing was the location. Don't go driving like we did. Take a plane to Marsa Alam, then take the hotel's shuttle.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and sea view were breathtaking. The real highlight of our stay, however, was Mr. Waleed from the reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and his hospitality made a big difference—we truly felt at home thanks to him.

There wasn’t anything major we didn’t like. If anything, the variety of food options could be slightly improved, especially for guests staying longer.

the staff first of all was very helpful and friendly …and the receptionist was kindly….special thanks to Mr.Mohamed Abbas who served us during the stay in hotel…. it was amazing experience…food was very good and tasty….animation teams also was kind and friendly….swimming pool was amazing and clean…the Sea was very great but the Marina need some repair….comfortable stay….encourage people to try this experience

The only thing is that they close the pools at 7 but other than that every was good.

Very nice resort. I stayed there for 4 days. Friendly staff. I had an issue in the beginning with my all inclusive drinks but they were able to resolve the issue. Good food with enough variety in the buffet. Special thanks for Mr. Mohammed reception manager and Mr. Molhem food and beverage manager and Haidy manager of animation team for their hospitality and friendly attitude during my stay.
