Recently, I had the pleasure of staying in a hotel that made a lasting impression on me. The excellent service at the front desk by Mr. Haitham Ali was truly remarkable and the receptionist went to great lengths to ensure a smooth check-in experience including improving the room to leave his phone number for any questions the help was available 24h. Mr. Haitham Ali's attentiveness and professionalism made a really big impression on us and we felt special. The culinary experience at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The diverse menu offered a delightful array of options, catering to various preferences. The quality of the food was exceptional, showcasing the culinary expertise of the hotel’s kitchen. From breakfast to dinner, each meal was a gastronomic delight, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. One standout feature of this hotel is its commitment to cleanliness. The entire establishment, from the lobby to the rooms, exuded a sense of pristine hygiene. The housekeeping staff demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a standard of cleanliness that significantly enhanced the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel’s dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every aspect of my visit. The attentive and friendly staff, combined with outstanding culinary offerings and an unwavering commitment to cleanliness, made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch hospitality experience.

This hotel has no weak points.

There were 7 days. incredible territory. you can ride bicycles, the only thing is that there are not enough of them and you have to constantly fight for them. the restaurants are great, especially El Han. the beach for Egypt is normal, very shallow, but the positive is warm water. I sincerely thank the manager Hahsam Ali, he helped us a lot in everything, always answered our questions at any time. very cool water park, children's area, swimming pools, take rooms with your own pool, you won't regret it. incredibly wonderful staff who serve you, everyone is friendly.

the beach and the sea are three, shallow, stones, sunbeds are old. you can swim only until 18.00. the cleaning in the rooms is bad, the air conditioner grills are so dirty, they are poorly treated against mosquitoes, be prepared that you will be bitten by mosquitoes.

Hello, I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet , luxurious🤩🤩🤩 and wonderful vacation Firstly, I would like to talk about the hotel. It is established on a large area, and contains many restaurants, bars, many swimming pools,great aqua park for adults and kids and spa center. secondly, Rooms The rooms are spacious (Extra beds are available) and everything is very new and all documented with photos Thirdly, Restaurants and food There are many restaurants that serve a variety of tasty😋😋 foods Sea food, oriental, Italian, grilled, fruits, desserts, appetizers, all drinks and water are available at all times besides water and drinks in the mini bar in your room. The most important thing is flexibility in time between restaurants Cleanliness.... With someone obsessed with cleanliness like me. I am totally satisfied with the cleanliness in the hotel starting from the rooms to the pools, beach and restaurants. amenities: Wifi is available in all areas and for free. I highly recommend trying the jacuzzi, massage and other spa services. Staff: Staff (managers, receptionists, all staff in restaurants, housekeeping staff, waiters) I find them very helpful, serving with a smile and very patient. Everyone is keen on your satisfaction and comfort. If you have an occasion (anniversary or birthday) I am sure they will do their best I give this hotel 10/10 and I am so grateful 🙏🙏🙏for thier hospitality. The most annoying thing which is out of their control is the mosquitos but they totally deal with it. They spray odorless mosquito repellent spray everywhere and you can use OFF or any mosquito repellent

To begin, Pickalbatros is a trusted name, you can make reservations blindly. To categorise the experience The staff 10/10, special thanks to Mr.Ahmed Said , reception manager, a very helpful and friendly personnel, solved every problem i faced during my stay The dining: 9/10 , food is variable and delicious, you can enjoy multiple restaurants all over the resort Cleanliness: 10/10 everything is new and shining, you may face a bit of a problem with mosquitos (as the whole red sea shores are quite popular with), but again Mr.Ahmed Said solved the problem with proper intervention Pools: 100/10 every block of rooms has its own pool of different depths Beach: 7/10: not as sandy as you would expect if looking for a crystal-clear sandy beach, it is a little bit rocky up to the level of needing special shoes. Shallow water till the maximum distance at which life guard whistles for you. You can enjoy swimming, not shore snorkeling, there is a marina i couldn't use because my kid couldn't be able to swim in deep water Facilities 8/10: multiple restaurants, animation team on the clock, kids area, spa and gym, however the biggest problem i ever face is long distances you have to go through the resort, a golf car is available upon request, you can ride a bike with your partner available for free, (much fun if for short distance) Price: 10/10, reasonably priced Parking 5/10: you can park in multiple locations freely, unfortunately no shaded areas to park in, you have to leave your car in direct sunlight and dust, however it is totally safe inside the resort

The hotel is of very high standards with exceptional security. Food is available all day long including drinks, special thanks to chef Pola. Cleanliness of the rooms are impeccable . Entertainment daily . The view from the room was breathtaking. Staff are very friendly and always willing to provide the best possible service especially Mr. Mina who always made sure to make our stay welcoming. Without a doubt will be visiting again!

Everything was perfect, clean and staff were really nice

I witnessed 3 incidents where the staff were molesting/harassing foreign female guests .. in arabic .. knowing that they won't understand what they say, it was not personal but I thought this is really odd

I would give the hotel an eight plus stars! Everyone working at Pickalbatros Villaggio was friendly, hard-working, proactive, happy and attentive. The management listens to their guests and takes extra miles to help them. Special thanks to the hotel manager and guest relationship Lillia. Also a thumbs-up for all the young animation team- they put up incredible kids disco and shows everyday. My personal favourite was the fire show- breathtaking. The restaurants offer good selection of food. We were happy with it. Shellfish (a-la carta) was great. The team there gave my son a birthday cake and singing for his birthday. We stayed in a nice and spacious room, looking directly out at the sea (picture attached). The cleaning boy was polite and very attentive. He even wishes my son happy birthday in the morning. We were also amazed by the amount of swimming pools around. You would never have problem finding a spot (or even a quiet spot) next to the pool. With all the life guards and security in place, we felt very safe and well taken care of.

More options on diving centre, but it’s not really the hotel’s fault. We went to Brayka Divers nearby, which worked perfectly well with free pickups. Also, the hotel manager has said that he would feedback to the diving centre.

hotel is veeeeeery big and beautiful. Very friendly stuff always happy to help. long beach, many sun beds , full of calm places if someone wants to read and relax. Sun beds were new and comfortable. Really many animations every day - during the day at the beach, pools and evenings in the theater or karaoke at lobby. Stunning views around the hotel, you can enjoy them taking a walk or by bike. Very big choice at the restaurants , each day it was fresh and different. fresh bread and croissant for breakfast , fresh made juices were amazing. Room was clean well every day by an amazing man (4225), he always stop for a quick chat and ask if everything is ok. I don't use pools but in February many of them were with warm water . there is a big aqua park for both kids and adults.

Great staff, always catering to your needs, always cleaning around. Amazing facilities and entertainment for both kids and adults, but totally non invasive entertainment crew. You might get asked every now and then to join in on an activity or a tour, but they are never pushy. Food was also exceeding expectations, with different cuisines every night.

It's really nitpicking at this point, but I didn't like that all water related facilites (sea included) had to be vacated at 18:30, but it's the rule and I accept it

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Although it was windy, the heated pools made for a perfect and relaxing experience. Some of the staff were truly lovely, and the entertainment was fun and enjoyable. The food options were great, and we always had a place to eat at any time of the day—El Khan was our absolute favorite! We came to find out that the hotel was almost at full capacity but you will never notice this because there were ample pools and facilities to choose from that it never felt crowded. Our room was amazing, with a beautiful pool-facing view that made our stay even more special. Would definitely recommend!

Towards the end of our stay, a reception worker pressured us to give a 10 on Booking, which felt a bit uncomfortable. Also, while the evening entertainment was fun, all the night games required a small payment to participate. It wasn’t much, but it became a bit annoying when it happened almost every evening.
