Staff here are very warm and polite. They also fluently speak a range of languages. Mohammed at reception is accommodating - Customer service is high on the agenda. Food is tasty. House cleaning are good giving a Large bottle of water daily. The rooms are big with comfortable beds, soft towels and bedding, toiletries. Toilets have wash facility. Tv have a wide range of channels. Welfare and safety of customers is paramount. Entertainment team are very good, all staff are extremely friendly, polite, respectful and also professional with a good programme and the beach Bedouin was the most enjoyable. Having Egyptian night in the Bedouin was such an amazing experience. I felt extremely safe at this hotel as a solo female traveller. I would recommend the disco in port galib for a good night of dancing and fun with the entertainment team. Very safe and good music here. Brilliant Layout of the restaurant means there are not long queues for food. Restaurant staff are amazing. I went in Ramadan and the staff ate very professional and also thoughtful. There is also a children play school near the beach . They have really thought about everything and I will definitely recommend this hotel to the everyone. Spa is wonderful and definitely worth a visit. The massages are amazing. Lifeguard on the beach called us over for an impromptu free swim with a family of dolphins on my last day. He whistled to keep them close and is genuinely there to give your experiences that extra touch! Such a star! Internet - brilliant in lobby and pool area. It’s good to have a digital detox when on holiday.

Better quality of fruit juices for those who don’t drink alcohol. Entertainment team need a stage for and also character outfits when performing in the evening Bedrooms could do with needle and thread set, tooth paste and toothpaste for that extra touch. The gym requires air con machine and also some free weights and yoga mats

Where to start really. First, the welcome comittee at the check-in counter. I was welcomed with a cocktail. They invited me to wait in the very spacious lobby. Second, the rooms. The rooms are sooo spacious, so cosy, tea and coffee, high quality towels, comfortable beds, a splendid view on the pool and the resort. All more than enjoyable. Third, the restaurant. Oh my God. The freshness of the products, the variety of meals, the presentation...put that restaurant at a very high standing level. I have to and must not forget to mention the manager Hassan and his team, not to forget Ali. They are as sweet as the cakes we can taste. They treat you like someone so special. Thank you soooo much !! Fourh, the pool, fresh smelling towels, incredible staff , special dedicace to Abdu :-) This place is Heaven on Earth. I wish i could have been able to stay more than 2 days. I highly highly recommend this resort to anymore who is looking for a sophisticated place mixed with a 'at home' feeling. Thank you to the GREAT management of that resort as well. Absolutely nothing!

Everything in the hotel was fine except the animation team were exploitative and looking for your money

The worst thing is the animation. They promote going to a disco, but you find yourself going to a very bad place with very bad treatment, and they make you return to the hotel alone. The experience with the animation was horrible, to say the least.

The place is very clean & the view was great, the food is very good , the view of the room is great & the staff really nice & friendly , and their is a great tent ⛺ on the beach ⛱️ ⛱️ you should visit we had a lovely time & the team are nice ☺️ everything was great, the spa was great I had a great massage session with them

Everything was great we had a good time ☺️ ☺️ The only thing is that no transport but you actually don't need to go anywhere

Ala Cart Italian Restaurant at Beach Side was so nice !

I recently stayed at Amarina Queen Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine Egyptian kindness and hospitality that truly made this stay special. The staff are outstanding — always warm, polite, and eager to help, often anticipating needs before I even had to ask. A special thank you to Mr Mohammed at the front desk for his constant smile, professionalism, and helpful attitude throughout my stay. The restaurant team was outstanding. Big shout out to Mr Alaa for his incredibly welcoming attitude and outstanding customer service. The food was fantastic — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, with a huge variety of options each day to suit every taste. Every meal felt like a new experience, and I always looked forward to what would be on offer next. The pool area is spotless and very well managed — I never once had trouble finding a sun lounger, no matter what time of day I arrived to relax. Although I didn’t join the animation activities, there was a full schedule for those who enjoy entertainment. For divers and snorkelers, the on-site dive centre is a great asset, with friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to help organise your schedule. My room was exactly what I had hoped for — calm, spacious, with a lovely terrace, a large bathroom, and powerful air conditioning. It was the perfect space to unwind. I’m already planning my return in October and genuinely counting the days. I highly recommend Amarina Queen Resort to anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, delicious food, and a relaxing Red Sea getaway

There was nothing I didn't like.

Lovely spacious and clean family room, two rooms adjoining. Food and drinks quality good, beach bar very good, friendly staff with good service, excellent water slides, quad bike trip very good, spa treatments lovely. Gave us a room to use for showers before flights which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Lots of single use plastic used with little regard - please use eco conscious alternative. Lots of plastic litter on the beach and surrounding area. People allowed to walk on the reef. So important to protect the environment and the reef. Only one pool but a decent size. Lots of potential for further development of the resort though.

A decent spot for snorkeling,, a lovely place to unwind, staff are polite and co-operative, special thanks to all dedicated restaurant staff, room service was great, rooms are very clean, refilling bottled water daily plus coffee and tea etc., open buffet was decent with enough varieties daily, lots of entertainment for kids, shows and aqua park.

We had a hectic check in and check out! ,I have even been called to reception on departure to pay equal to 3 USD for a broken mug!. I paid it but didn't make any sense!

I would like to thank the cleaning staff for keeping the room spotless and for being attentive to any extra requests, such as water or coffee! I really appreciate the beach staff, especially the guys promoting the Spa, with a special mention to Mano! A special performance came from Sofia in the aesthetics department, and the most amazing masseuses were Rawada and ❤️ Marwa! The hotel’s organization, from check-in to check-out, as well as the attention provided by the restaurant staff, was something I truly appreciated!

The only thing I would prefer is for the food to be a bit more varied, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t have a great time! I will gladly return next year!

All the staff were so welcoming and friendly Khaled the Food and Beverage manager was Fantastic as we're all his Staff Mosab behind the bar also was very attentive and always had a mint tea ready for me just how I liked it. The food was delicious so many choices. The receptionist was Very efficient any problem was sorted so quickly. Mina's taxi service was good felt very safe travelling knowing I would be picked up after. The boys at the beach were great at their jobs. The beach was very clean and tidy. TheAnimation team Yasmin Sayed and Mo were very friendly and fun. I enjoyed watching their shows and also Zumba classes on the beach. Mubarak in the shop was so friendly and genuine and never pressured me to buy anything. The viva sub guys were fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable for day trips to go.sborkeling. and such beautiful things to see like Turtels, Sea cows, Dolphins and lots of beautiful tropical.fish along the coral. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily go back.
