The staff was wonderful. Everyone always with a smile. We came for the beach and snorkeling and were not disappointed. I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

I really don't have things that I didn't like. But maybe two suggestions There are a lot of Italians. So maybe the bein channels could be put to football matches of Italy teams and not just England and Germany Also plugs on the nightstands for charging phones

Amazing resort for the price, cleanliness and the staff were way above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

Don't get me wrong - the choice is huge and there is nothing wrong with the food, but for example the "beef steak" dinner is not based on a real steak but on a bit inferior piece of meat. And then similarly for everything else. The preparation is flawless, the ingredients could be on a bit higher level.

huge property, basically it’s a huge little town of resorts all along the sea and with access to the marina . you have a lot of entertainment inside . you’ll have time to explore , very good value for the price, you’re literally on the beach and with all inclusive you can eat and drink basically all day

even though the staff tried to be incredibly helpful, always tried to accommodate me in anyway, the hotel workers were a bit annoying during the day, they’d come up to me in the pool and in the beach every 5 min trying to get me to go to the spa ( extra charge) or in some sort of excursion, I was with my headphones and sunglasses reading a book and they still come to you , very pushy . but the reception always helped me with anything I needed. the biggest down point for me however was the wi fi situation. there’s Wi-Fi in all the hotel but basically doesn’t work , just for texting, most of the things don’t open, in a country where most people are tourists and don’t have their own internet

Everything perfect. Personnel Is kind and professional but Farah Is special, find her in the SANDS Hall and you Will be treated as a king.. Food Is great at all times. Fun and entertaining, all Is great. And the location in Port ghalib Is something they only have. In the evening you can walk and shop at the Marina !! I can only suggest everyone tò come here.
