The rooms, as well as both the Tagine and Cardamom restaurants, are in clear need of renovation. The interiors feel outdated and would greatly benefit from modernization to enhance comfort and ambiance. • Both Tagine and Cardamom restaurants would also benefit from a revised menu, introducing more variety and freshness that reflects current culinary standards and guest expectations. • Specifically, the food quality at Cardamom Restaurant needs improvement. More attention should be paid to the ingredients used and the presentation of the dishes. The flavors and plating did not reflect the standard we anticipated, especially compared to the exceptional service elsewhere in the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone always with a smile. We came for the beach and snorkeling and were not disappointed. I was unsure about the pontile to go snorkeling but it was great. No mad rush for sunbeds and umbrellas. Just had to pick our favorite spot. We had a small problem with our shower, and maintenance cleared up the problem immediately. Everything super clean. The food service was plentiful. Better quality than many other places we've stayed on the Red Sea. However, Italians are picky so I don't feel that I am able to judge fairly. I am looking forward to a return visit

Amazing resort for the price, cleanliness and the staff were way above expectations. They went out of their way to make sure we get an early check-in since we had a very early flight, and the whole experience was flawless.

Not much to say here, but perhaps only the food is not quite up to european standards. Don't get me wrong - the choice is huge and there is nothing wrong with the food, but for example the "beef steak" dinner is not based on a real steak but on a bit inferior piece of meat. And then similarly for everything else. The preparation is flawless, the ingredients could be on a bit higher level.
