Amazing food, nice views of the ocean, fantastic aqua park, super-friendly staff, modern rooms and facilities.

The hotel beach is not great, need to walk to Coraya Bay where the sea is a bit murky; the surroundings are nice, though.

We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

Absolutely nothing to fault

Everything was wonderful. What we loved most was the polite and professional treatment of the staff, starting from all the reception staff from the first stop we arrived at, to the staff working in all the hotel, especially the restaurant. It was a very special trip, and the hotel I highly recommend.

For a la carte restaurants - usually two times included during one week - one must reserve well ahead of arrival! Otherwise, you might experience as we did that the first available slot was on day 5 only. Each hotel has their own buffet main restaurant, with no reservation needed. All the 7 Jaz resorts within this compound share the 4-5 separate a la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package. There are 2-3 more restaurants paid extra. Our favorite was the Seahorse with see view. Food in the buffet Jaz Maraya restaurant is excellent, though - with Egyptian dishes and deserts even better than in the a la carte restaurant!

Staffs are nice. Especially the kids club staffs. The cove is nearby and is super safe, I loved the Snorkeling with my small children. Never felt unsafe. Hotel food is good. They have many good activities especially for children.

There were regular power outages and hot water outages. Also everybody got really bad stomach flu although I don’t know how much that is related to the hotel (but we never ventured out of the hotel). They offer you tickets to restaurants outside the hotel - don’t bother because the food there was bad. The hotel restaurant is a lot better.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Very nice hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean, our room always had a nice detail to welcome us after the day at the beach or the pool. Restaurant Buffett was well stocked and food was good and fresh. The aqua park was amazing for our 9 and 11 year old children. They didn't want to go anywhere else and kept sliding, there is also a food court where you get pizzas, burgers, salads and creppes (really good crepes!). Animation teams were good, specially the fire show, great performance. Check in and out was really smooth. BONUS: I like photography, I was carrying my 200-600 telephoto and I was able to capture shots of am Osprey and a group of terns phishing :)

We did had issues booking the a a carte restaurants, it is done with through an app and despite doing it as soon as we arrive we had zero availability for them, later by passing next to them we saw them half empty.

That was great experience. So far it was the best hotel among Jaz Hotels group. Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

Strange policy of booking tennis courts - once per stay and then you can book only at night for an additional charge. It was not high season and most of the time the courts were empty but still it was hard to get there. Sometimes beverages were not tasty even in the main lobby bar.

The location was only surpassed by the quality, style, cleanliness of the wonderful hotel, and by the incredible hospitality experienced throughout our stay. Special thanks to the Restaurant Staff and Manager Tamir, which made sure our fond memories of this place could also be remembered by taste, their attention to details and unending ability to surprise us with ever new flavours left us speechless and wanting to return!

Egypt and in general the Red Sea can be a bit windy this time of year. Apparently, the best times are between June and September. We were lucky, nonetheless, having 5 out of 7 days of sun and calm weather.

We were very happy with our choice of this hotel! Great location - the hotel is very close to the airport. From the hotel, you have access to Coraya Bay, which we used on windy days, and access to the open sea with the rich fish reef, which we enjoyed on less windy days. Nice that the hotel is connected to other hotels in the Jaz network, so we enjoyed long walks near the sea. Exceptional animation team that is active from 10 am till midnight and organizes good activities - aqua gym, volleyball, my girlfriend enjoyed sunset yoga with Vlada, dances near the pool, midday concerts near the pool, and evening shows. We would like to highlight Bayram as an active player in the animation team. Bayram is an amazing animator, a very open and extremely positive person, and a very good friend to all the children in the hotel. Food and service were of the highest level. Every day started with an amazing mixed omelette for breakfast. We would like to highlight the professional service of Mohammed (waiter in the main restaurant) and Sabrin who prepared delicious pasta for us every day. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of European and Egyptian dishes. Our highlight for drinks - fresh guava juice and strawberry juice. The design of the hotel was also very special - elegant minimalism that gives a comfortable feeling. The most aesthetic place for us was "Sea Horse" restaurant. It looks great during sunny day and is especially charming in the evening with all the lights on. On top of that it offers seafood in a-la-cart. To sum up, we were very satisfied with the hotel and had a great and bright vacation. A huge thank you to all the people who made our time in this hotel so positive, fun, and delightful! We recommend this hotel to others and want to come back soon!
