We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Akassia Swiss Resort in Marsa Alam – El Quseir and I must say, it was an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr.Hosni Abdel Magied, the guest relation manager, an extremely professional and attentive person, ensuring that all our needs were met and that my stay was as comfortable as possible.He went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience and all of our group of four truly appreciate his efforts. The resort is situated in a stunning location, right on the Red Sea, with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. The crystal-clear waters were perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. The beach was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed lounging on the sand and soaking up the sun, as well as near the heated pool in the vicinity of the Pool bar, where we enjoyed the fantastic cocktails expertly crafted.The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the sea from our beds, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay enjoyable.Every day we came back from the sun bathing we were welcomed by very nice towel ornaments decorated with flowers and purple basil. What a wonderful scent! The food was absolutely delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit all tastes and the restaurant`s location by the Red Sea made for some of the most breathtaking views I have ever seen. We enjoyed local and international cuisine, many types of grilled food, fruits, mouth-wattering deserts, accompanied by a large variety of soft and alchoholic beverages.But what really made my stay at Akassia Swiss Resort so special was the staff. I cannot helped myself not to mention Said, the most friendly and hospitable waiter always eager to assist with anything we needed Overall,our stay at Akassia Swiss Resort was exceptional!

Staff was amazing, wonderful hospitality. So much for the kids to do, they didn’t want to leave. Fantastic water park, snorkeling, and activities. We loved the nightly shows. We also enjoyed the outting to snorkel off property. The resort is clean and beautiful. So many beautiful flowers. The gym is in great condition and had everything I needed for a morning workout. Our kids loved playing with the turtles. They also loves the towel animals that room service would leave for them when they cleaned the room. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and special. We can’t say enough good things. I really want to emphasize how amazing the staff was from the gardeners to dinning staff, to hotel management everyone was friendly, hospitality, and professional.

Would have liked for the spa to have set reasonable prices. They set the prices high and then want you to negotiate for a better price. At an all inclusive I don’t want to play that game. Just offer a fare and reasonable price from the start.

The perfect resort for families with small and big children. Family rooms near aqua park, a lot of pools with slides, own beach,...animation team was great and funny (the magition guy with cards was great!) Everything was perfectly clean, the stuff is doing a great job all day. Turtles on meadow was a perfect atraction for children. The food is delicious and pretty close to European cuisine. We defenetly will come back.

The cobra show was really bad. Poor animals, that was really a torture!!!!!!!!!!! We couldn't watch it!

Food wan not great, not much choice, salad bar very poor - raw vegetables were dry, mixed salads not fresh water in pool very cold, at least kids pool could have been heated

The hotel has excellent facilities: nice beach, great reef for snorkeling, many pools and aqua park with many slides for any ages. We had a great time, the kids - 12, 16 years old - enjoyed every minute and was not bored although the Wifi was not working in the room, only at the reception. We booked a family room that was really spacious with 2 separate rooms and 1 bathroom and it was in the quiet area that we really appreciated. Due to the daily room service, everything was really clean.

Unfortunately the Wifi is only available at the reception but it is extremely slow. Breakfast and dinner selection is quite good but do not expect to much during the lunch, selection is the same every day, it is very limited and there is room for improvement. Also the quality of the drinks - even the soft drinks - is very low, we have not expected premium but again it should be improved to match the quality of the other areas of the hotel.

Sandy Beach, amazing aqua park, nice pools everywhere , specially the Olympic one very nice food and varieties of cuisines beverage and snacks bars everywhere good animation team and activities very nice and helpful staff perfect for families with kids.

long distances between the facilities, you have to walk around 15 minutes to the restaurant if your room @ the pool or the aqua park. There is golf cars for transportation but hardly you can get it. Car Parking is far away from reception. for Divers, it is not the right place, go to the southern hotels you will find what you are looking for.

The gardens are very nicely taken care of. House reef is excellent for snorkeling. Very good staff and service!

The food needs more variation both in terms of ingredients and the way is cooked. Salat Buffet needs more variety . The oriental restaurant for "free" once per stay, served exactly the same food as the buffet.

Animation team needs to increase their number and activities specially in the morning. Repeated kinds of food specially in breakfast.Some food needs improvement like bean, fish, meat.Hot drinks and no fresh Juice
