The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the airport. The resort was relatively large with several swimming pools and entertainment area. There were many activities organized by the staff throughout the day. If you'd like to do some snorkeling, there is a private beach with fish swimming around close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional, we were lucky to see the catering for the New Year's Eve, which was quite a scene.

The swimming pools could be warmer, the water was so cold during our stay that there were barely people swimming, despite several people requesting to increase the temperature, the kids pool was warm enough though. The excursion activities could be better arranged, there were people walking around at the pools to sell their excursion packages (quads, snorkeling, camel ride, etc), but the price was not transparent, and people ended up paying different prices depending on their bargaining skills, the whole experience would be better if the the price was clearly indicated in their booklet. The clinic requires additional charge while simple first-aid should be cheap if not free.

Great hotel with very good facilities , food is great , staff are very friendly, very clean , excellent services, jaz hotels are always up to great standards, i do recommend it for singles , couples and families, i enjoyed my stay there and i'll come back for sure , thank you jaz grand marsa for the great hospitality, thank you

Nothing , everything was great

Incredible value for money. Very big property with lush green lawns and many comfortable sun beds and a heated pool. The animation team was the best, making sure to entertain everyone. The daily dance shows in the evenig were also nice. Big plus is that you can use the neigbouring hotel premises as they all belong to the Jaz group. All areas were super clean.

Service at reception was questionable. Didn’t get any information upon check in and had to figure out everything by ourselves. Rooms are very outdated especially the beds and if your room is towards the pool there will be loud party music until at least 11pm daily. Food is mediocre. Vegetarians face meat in the meals even though they are marked as vegetarian so always double check.

The see was wonderful and place very quite for relaxing 😌.

The animation team were poorly and thier isn't aqua park and the nearest one a little bit far.

The pool is not really heated! The temperature was only 24 degree at most and with windy and slightly chilly days that was not enough. My wife could not use it at all during our stay and we asked the manager to raise the temperature to match other Jazz hotels in the area as there pool was heated up to 28 degrees, he said that it is against their policy! Many people were not happy and we all stuck to use their tiny outdoor hot tub at the end, which accommodates only 3-4 people at a time!

The resort is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. The food and beverage team went above and beyond to cater gluten-free and lactose. I didn’t get ill from my food allergies, it is something I worry about on holiday but it was completely safe for me and I felt very relaxed about it. The house reef is gorgeous! My boyfriend and I enjoyed freediving.

It was the first time we visited this resort. It took a few days to find everything. For example the biljart room, the other bay to swim in when the house reef was closed. The place is just so big but we enjoyed everything from our stay!

I loved the landscaping outdoors and the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. The animation team were amazing!

I wished there was a sandy beach to be able to swim in the sea

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marsa Alam. The location is beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional, especially Mohamed Saeed at reception. He made us feel welcome from the start and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We initially booked two rooms, but Mohamed offered us a family suite. After a day, we preferred separate rooms, and the switch was made easily, along with a thoughtful gesture of sweets and fruit. Highly recommend for family/friends getaways! 💯

The food was good with plenty of choice for all sittings. The staff were all friendly and easy to get to know.

The fitness room was adequately equipped though there were 3 machines that weren't working. Though the opening time was 07:00, the facility's electricity for powering one of the fitness room's air conditioning and lighting wasn't switched on until later when staff arrived for the Spa Treatment (circa 08:00). This is despite contacting Reception... In the end I learned how to do this.

Exceptional, excellent location, very helpful and attentive staff, excellent responsiveness to supplementing individual wishes and additional requests (from room cleaners to service staff - special praise also for their supervisors for excellent communication and implementation of supplementary wishes and requests), varied and excellent food, rooms clean and always tidy, green areas and pools perfectly maintained and clean, great offer of various external services from contractors (excursion to the desert with four wheelers, camel riding, tour of the Bedouin village and their market with the Desert Fox team (Adam, Hamada and other team members ), diving and visiting the coral reef with the Scubadive team (Aleks, Hassan, Dada, Asal and other members)....
