The room is nice and fully equipped, there’s a coffee machine ready to be used. Bathroom is totally functional. The area is central and it’s possible to park the car in a city parking at about 100 metres from the hotel. The access to the hotel is granted by little boxes, into which there are the cards to enter the hotel and the room. One can have the code of these security boxes by dialing a phone number on the main door.

There was, at least in the hours we spent there, any person at the reception, anyone. But we managed however all what we needed.

It was super clean and location was convenient. Cheap for Germany.

I had one spoon, one knife and one fork. That was strange, I was alone in the apartment but would be nice to have two spoons. I wanted to leave the luggage after check out, because I had a late flight. I send the message to property but no one answered.

Excellent facilities, overall a very good experience for an experienced traveller.

The unit was unstaffed. I had to go to the other Trip Inn location to get instructions. The access is by key safe code to get passes for the building. I made several attempts to make contact by phone, but no answer. Accessing the boxes in the dark would be problematic as there is very little lighting.

The location is excellent, the room spacious, the bed was comfortable, the price adequate. It was quiet, functional, clean, but nothing memorable.

Called "apartment", but no way to cook or even warm up food (no microwave, range, just a water-heater). The shower overran after 1.5 minutes, flooding the bathroom. No light on the nightstand; switch for an awkward night-lamp far away. Since my phone stopped working, getting in was more than a hassle (and the first of two numbers never even responded). Large, but useless space next to the "kitchen".

Location is great.

Leaving the chip was advised wrong way. I needed to call to customer service when leaving.

The rooms are very clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. I really enjoyed the stay

It was a shame about the parking but the paid car park wasn't too far at all. I just didn't expect to pay for a car park.

Location is great! We walked up to laundromat & the Park & the castle walk.

It’d be nice to have a book w things to see w driving instructions. We walked down to Information below the library.

Very basic kitchen equipment - no glass in the kitchen -no microwave or any other heating device in kitchen - sink in bathroom was clogged - no reception

Modern furniture, clean, very comfy bed, warm, bathroom with all you need, very good wi-fi, central position (450m from Christmas market). Totally recommended !

The checkin procedure sould be explained in advance.
