Located right next to the train station and tram stop. Very clean, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly and helpful. Despite being nearby a busy traffic intersection it's very quiet inside, the sound isolation is very good. The built-in Bluetooth speaker in the room - absolutely fantastic addition, thank you!

It is no fault of the hotel however there are no food places or product stores in direct proximity, the closest ones are either on the opposite side of train station or further into the city. The hotel's store at the reception offers instant noodles, but the room had no kettle, that's just weird. Last, but not least, there were no good tv channels - I'm not sure if anyone needs five news channels in french, on the other hand Comedy Central, History and Discovery would be great

It was an easy commute by train to Dusseldorf centre, although some trains had been cancelled which was inconvenient.

There was a little confusion re: our payment as they had recently changed payment systems. Despite checking on several occasions that all was in order this was still queried on checkout causing delays and a little embarrassment. However, in general it was an excellent stay and the staff were lovely to deal with..

Clean, newly built hotel in a very quiet place just outside of Dusseldorf-City. Perfect location for a quiet stay. Very good for business visitors. Staff was friendly and helpful every time we needed them. Cleaning personel did an amazing job every day with the room cleanliness. Breakfast was cool, nothing special, but fresh every day, with some variety day-by-day, awesome coffee and a big selection of different teas. The neighborhood is super quiet and clean and there are LOTS of free parking oportunities around the hotel. There is also a TRAM and a BUS station just a few footsteps away. The Autobahn is also just a couple of kilometers away.

Everything was fine, just some feedback: You guys should add a couple of coat hooks behind the doors of the rooms. There is lots of empty space behind the door. There were only a couple in the bathroom (I guess for towels) but who wants to hang his coat in the bathroom? There were 5 available coat hangers and 3-4 shelves in the room to put on clothes but they were not enough for all our clothes, especially since we were 2 people sharing the room.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff services was very friendly all time with a smile in them faces, they're the best

When I bought my reservation in the Hotel I didn't include a parking, next when I needed to rent a car, it was not possible parking inside the hotel the parking area is to small

They offer a bar voucher for when you're put the sign on your door for your room & towels not to be cleaned which I thought was a really good incentive. The place is really nice too and a 2min walk away from a train station into Central Dusseldorf.

Shower had no curtain or glass surround so water went allover the bathroom (wet room). If you don't get the train into central Dusseldorf, there's not much around the hotel.

I have been to different hotels in the Niu in different cities, so it is my first option when the location is good for my trip goals. Hotel is so clean, helpful staff, there is tram and sbahn close to the hotel, you only need to walk couple of steps, I really appreciate considering some "halal" food and I hope to have more available "halal" options like Tabasco and ketchup.

Nothing about the hotel- yet if someone having a heavy luggage - like mine - the Sbahn station have only a stair and no lift.. so it was a bit annoying to carry it

Breakfast is Amazing, Fresh Bread , wide varieties of Cheese, Cereals and Museli with toppings, there were Pancakes too, and the Tea selection was amazing. I'd definitely recommend taking the booking with Breakfast inclusive. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and some can speak 3 languages, Arabic included. The atmosphere and the interior is very calming and beautiful and the French windows makes the dining area as well as your room enjoyable and fresh. I liked the Cafe' down below in the lobby. Room size is suitable and always clean. As to location it is 9 min by S-Bahn to Düsseldorf hauptbanhof, there are restaurants near by and grocery market Is 1 stop away using the Bus or 15 min walking. Easy check in , check out.

There is no Mini Fridge in the room, I'd appreciate an alternative of free access Ice, so one can enjoy a cold drink when needed. There is no Hot-water kettel nor is there Water available ( Drinking water bottles) when you first check in, so make sure to arrive a bit early and buy some on the way

Rooms are very clean and very quite. Breakfast is amazing with a very rich buffet. Tram station and bus stop are next door.

Parking information. We traveled with a car, the person at the reception (he was not comfortable at all with English) was not clear with explaining the parking situation in the premises and we ended up with a fine....

Brand new, fresh, modern, clean next to S and U Bahn stop. 5 min journey to Dusseldorf central railway station. Room spacious. Price fair.

I booked it as Holiday Inn, but only Niu names used everywhere, which was confusing. Surroundings of the hotel are, well how to say politically correct, not the most representative. But nothing to do with hotel itself.

It's the definition of comfort. It's so relaxing and cozy. I also like the fact that there's a room speaker. It truly made me feel at home. I would be glad to choose this building for my next stay.

I'd say it's the online payment. In my case, for personal reasons, I was having trouble paying at the reception area. It was such a relief that I had cash. Cos else I wouldn't be anywhere else.
