The room was clean, and everything worked. When I checked in, I was allocated a room on the ground floor with almost non-existent Wi-Fi. However, the reception staff's immediate response and their effort to allot me another room with better Wi-Fi was truly appreciated. This incident highlighted the great customer service at your hotel! Overall, however, my stay was good, and I will not hesitate to return if my business brings me back to Frankfurt.

The prices at the bar and the restaurant for breakfast were high and therefore not great value for money.

Spacious room. Loved the 2 queen beds in the room to fit me and my 2 teenage kids without having to ask for an uncomfortable rollaway bed. Not many German hotels offer rooms that sleep 4, so this was great for the price. Close to grocery stores Aldi & Rewe, DM drugstore, and fast food (Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut). Not far from the Autobahn and within 15min drive of the Frankfurt Airport.

I chose this hotel for its advertised AC in the room. Unfortunately, the AC couldn't be felt. The AC unit made a noise but no cold air was coming out the vent. Luckily it wasn't super hot outside, so we weren't miserable. We had it running the entire night on lowest setting and we couldn't feel a difference. Opening the window would have done a much better job cooling down the room. The shower only had glass on one side without a glass door on the other. Water splashes out the shower and on the door and floor if you do not use low water pressure. For someone who is not used to showering with minimal water splashing, there will be some water outside the shower that needs to be wiped dry afterwards.

The property was absolutely beautiful, from the stylish lounge up to the room, very comfortable bed, large space, clean and spacious bathroom. Very nice design, we had a great time. The staff was very friendly, hotel restaurant was stunning and the food was exceptional, with the breakfast included. There really was nothing bad to say about it. It has a big parking space and a lot of big shops around, and a lot of bus stops if you wish to head in any direction.

Overall the rooms were clean and the bedding was clean and inviting. The rooms were extremely warm and it took time opening windows and doors to air it out to a comfortable level, and the air conditioning did not work. Covered underground parking was very nice. We had a good stay.

This was unexpected, but the personal hygiene of support staff members should be addressed. Hallways and even the elevator we shared with one staff member, smelled strongly of body odor, which lingered in common spaces during our time there.

It's location is near to main highway and ample parking space with free of charge. Check in check out procedure was too fast and easy. Reception staff was very helpful in guiding me about my plans. .Room and bed are comfortable. It's total value for money . Eschborn stud tarin station is 5 minutes by car we have parked car in P + R free. And central Frankfurt is 15 minutes by S3 or S 4

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, compared to the expectations. Was expecting basic accommodation, but the room was very big, welcoming, clean and well thought out. A place to relax after a long day's work. The fitness center, open 24/7 is absolutely excellent.

A mini bar would be welcome.

Very nice and friendly staff, spacious room. The only negative moment - a lot of waiting time to get our dinner ready. Though the dinner itself was delicious. The breakfast was also great!

It was very warm in the room, though we opened the window.

The room was a good size. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The vibe in the bar in the evening was really relaxing.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but did the job. It was mostly good to start the day but there were some quality issues - the cooked food from the buffet was just about ok in places (meat) and lukewarm / cold in others (hash browns)

Excellent facilities and great room. Great German “normal” buffet breakfast. We stayed in August and at the weekend so reataurant and bar not available but the rate for lasminute was good. Staff well trained and attentive and this was noticeable from first moment.

Couldn’t sample bar or restaurant due to it being a Sunday night in August.

Very spacious room with two king size beds, for 3 of us was enough space Very clean and tidy room &bathroom, coffee machine & kettle super add on.

Basin was blocked , water goes down very slow noticed next day in the morning. lack of shower gel even if i don’t use hotels shower liquids , in my opinion s/be add on;)
