Good value for money with very friendly italian restaurant around the corner

The location is great, and the host is very welcome and nice, and does everything to make you feel really well. Also, there's a parking area just in front of the hotel and a cozy inner court yard to drink your morning coffee.

During our stay we had several drop downs of Internet connection, which were fixed after a while. If Internet connection is improved, the location will be great overall.

Astheimer Schlösschen is located in Trebur's industrial district, so it's a perfect place to stay if you're there for business. There's a decent Indian restaurant downstairs, and a pub a block or two away. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

The bed and pillow are not for people with bad back. One night is fine, more would be difficult. Also there's very little soundproofing, so you can hear doors shutting, people talking.

Great hospitality. Friendly, helpful staff who gave us a ride to the airport and accommodated our every wish. Wonderful buffet breakfast and great Indian restaurant attached- carry out possible.

It was clean and very affordable. The bed was comfortable.

My first morning some other people were very noisy and blaring their music at 0600. They finally left at 0700. My second morning, there appeared to be many people, but were much more quiet. That was very good.

Restaurant was really nice. My room was bright with a roof window.

the old building is quite charming, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms with fluffy towels and slippers provided. beds were comfy too. the Indian restaurant was really very good. since this was one of the lower cost stays in the area, it was good value for money

some furnishings a little dated, and breakfast could be more varied.

Building has very "thin walls" You could hear the noises of the neighbouring rooms ( Doors closing, toilets, toilets flushing, people talking,...) Breakfast was OK but nothing special. No staff attending breakfast.
