The room was very clean, there was cleaning of the room every day, shampoo, hairdryer and clean towels. The staff were very polite.

There was no AC, and I would like the room to have the classic label for clean/no clean.

I like that there was adjustable heating in the room, the fridge and the extra tissues and sanitary bags in the bathroom. very good location. clean room and cleaner came every day except Xmas day

the room was freezing cold when we arrived and took ages to warm up, we had to sleep in scarfs and hats to feel warm. I understand you don’t want to spend a lot of money on heat or waste it but you can at least put the heating on at least an hour before the customers arrive. just enough to have some decent heat in the room. also I wish there was a bin in the room, we had plenty garbage and nowhere to throw them in. lastly we were a bit disappointed there was no breakfast due to Xmas day. I know it’s Xmas day and people need to be with their families but when you are a tourist you need some breakfast and when all shops are closed and your only option is doner or pizza for breakfast it’s disappointing. they could at least provide some toast with jam, it’s not much trouble.

Clean room and central location of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and the owner is very friendly.

When we got home at midnight one night and couldn't open our door, we ended up having to call the owners who showed up extremely quick and were very nice about helping us. It all took about 2 minutes.

There was no hairdryer in the room, but it was possible to get it from the reception. The linen and towels were clean, but the floor not so much.
