Rooms are incredibly well designed - everything you need. Good gym, laundry and pay as you go beverages in the well appointed community area. Communication was very good and check in was smooth. We were even able to arrive ahead of check in and wait in the common area using our code to access before leaving our bags with a staff member. We even grabbed a coffee from the vending facilities.

This accommodation would be absolutely perfect with air conditioning, it was simply too hot and the freestanding fans in the rooms were insufficient. The gym also needs adequate cooling beyond a broken freestanding fan. Shame that the local station is also being updated but Lokalbahnhoff was easy enough to reach.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Stayery in Sachsenhausen. It was my first time in Germany and it helped me get organized. The staff was incredible and at your disposal for any doubts or problems, specially if you do not speak German fluently. Furthermore, the coworking space and common area is awesome to meet new people or maybe work a bit and escape the confinement from your room. Speaking about the room, it was very clean, nicely decorated and it has everything you need for a stay (either a short-stay or a long-term stay). I would definitely come back to any Stayery.

This is very clean accommodation and very conveniently located. The shower facilities are very nice and the room is comfortable and quiet. Kettle and tea/coffee, fridge is great.

Please please provide printed instructions on how to use the cooking facilities, hotplate and oven. All we managed to do after much effort was defrost meals which we were then unable to cook. It was far too complicated and a shame as we were unable to cook at all. QR codes are all very well but please make it easier to use the facilities!

I really liked the room, bed was comfortable. Nice shower, tv and modern facilities. Easy to wash clothes etc. Quiet at night and a fan provided for relief from the heat (which was needed as room was surprisingly hot!). Although quiet, the location is still near food options and nightlife via a short bike or scooter ride.

It was sometimes hard to find staff for assistance but i never had to wait too long. Given the way the building absorbs heat, air conditioning over summer would be appreciated given the price of rooms. Although marketed as kind of social with the nice loft space, i'm not sure it really has this sort of atmosphere, but this didn't bother me.

I spent four nights at the Stayery and it was very extraordinary relaxing and quiet at the hotel. I was delighted with the high level of service, even if I came in the middle of the night, the modern design and great accessibility to the center , 15 meters to public transportation, a supermarket close by, drinks and food and snack to buy during the night, I also felt safe in the hotel, no junkies around, but smiling people. And I had a view to the skyline, a comfortable bed, an area to chill. I came back from a business trip chilled and loved the change to dive into a home like escape there.

Very clean hotel (every area- lobby, breakfast place, our room, laundromat area). Whenever we needed anything, a staff person was there to help us. I liked that we could check in early (did not mind an additional fee) because our flight arrived early - this allowed us to shower, unpack and rest and enjoy a full first day. This apartment hotel was very close to La Cuerda for the tango dance marathon- which was the primary reason we stayed here.

If you have a car or bicycle, this is a great spot. For us, it was a bit of walk (15 minutes) for restaurants.

The most ideal place to relax after walking around Frankfurt. The apartment has everything - stove, microwave, .... This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff is friendly and sincere! If I will be in Frankfurt again, I will stay only in this hotel. Transport nearby! In general, even on foot, with a backpack, you can reach the city center, the railway station. THE MOST IDEAL IDEALISTIC HOTEL!!!!!

The hotel is perfectly fine and you have all the comfort you need for your stay. I went to this hotel for a show in Frankfurt but I have to say that the price is very high considering that you are far from downtown. I had to go to Messe and even if you have the train very close I didn't feel taking the train alone at night so I took uber which add a lot in the final price. Prices for hotel in Frankfurt are really too high! Even Paris is cheaper....

Great location, friendly personnel, clean, convenient, has a lot of facilities to use, you can pretty much work there if you are a remote worker.

It’s a bit noisy on the outside, you can hear airplanes, trains and construction workers with open windows. They do provide earplugs, if needed. You could also close the windows, but the air in the room will become stale, as our room wasn’t well ventillated.

Hosts are quite friendly; location is convenient with an easy access to S-bahn and supermarkets. The room is well-equipped, well-maintained, quiet and clean. It’s so sweet to receive Xmas chocolates.

WiFi quality is not so satisfactory. Connection is poor and unstable. TV channels are mostly German with very few English channels. Besides, it’s difficult to use the mirror casting function.
