As I arrived into Frankfurt from my long-haul flight, I was pleased to hear that my room was upgraded to a double room instead of a single. The room & facilities were up to standards & it was great to be able to have the extra space. The location was fantastic, I felt very safe & it was only a 15 minute walk to the main centre of Frankfurt. There was also many cafes & supermarkets around which made it convenient as well.

The customer service was reasonable, however it felt like staff weren’t always around to greet you or if you had questions to ask. There was a broken bed side table from memory in my room too.

The Hotel staff was extremely friendly. I got everything I wanted. The room was nice and perfect for my weekend here in Frankfurt. It was only 2 Minutes away from the Bubbletea Shop where I was this weekend. It was clean, the room had everything I expected and I had a great stay. I would totally recommend this hotel because it's really close to the city but also in Sachsenhausen where it's a little bit more silent at night. I could relax after a long day at my room. You can get here really quickly by foot, by bus or by the train. You can only get into the Hotel eith a keycard so I felt safe here all the time. I can't say anything about the breakfast but for the rest I felt like home ^-^

Everything was perfectly fine

Location was excellent. Away from the busy areas and lovely local shops and eateries within a short walk, close also to a main train station. There was a lot to see in such a small area.

Everything was good. I did not have any issues, the room was quiet, and clean and just what I was looking for.

Hotel is in a great spot, loads of great bars and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. Area felt very safe. Room was comfortable and clean, good size. 15 minute walk had you in the center of town, its on the south side of the river which is lovelyto walk over w Each day. It is more expensive than hotels in the city center, but once you start walking around the city center you will be glad you choose this Hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when in frankfurt.

Didnt have iron or kettle in the room (has a refrigerator though). But if you ask at reception they have ones you can take up to the room.

The perfect place. Quiet, comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent water pressure, extremely walkable area, and the service was excellent. Less than 5min walk to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, 10min to bakeries and bars, and 15min walk to old town and even more restaurants. Plus there’s a lovely neighborhood bar right across the street. About 5min to a large street for lots of younger crowds late night drinking, but you can’t hear it at all at night from the room. There's an Irish pub down the street that has incredible German food, just trust me on that. There is amazing Thai food nearby as well. Absolutely would stay here again.

I honestly have no complaints.

I am a man. This was a 4-night solo trip. The room was decent sized. The room came with a working miniature refrigerator, and desk, but no microwave. I didn't eat the hotel's breakfast. The place is close enough to bus and train stops. Originally I thought I would arrive early in the morning, drop my stuff off before the room was ready, and return later, but I ended up leaving my stuff in a locker at the train station and arriving at during the normal check-in time. My experience was about as perfect as could be expected.

There was some street noise from a festival but they ended the festival at about 11pm. The shower in the attached bathroom didn't have a door or barrier to prevent water from going all over the place but somehow I was able to keep the water in the bathroom anyway. The towels were not changed even though I left a towel outside the door after my second night but I was given 2 hand towels and one bath-sized towel, I managed without asking for another towel. There is nothing major to complain about, this was a fine place.

Booked 2 hotel rooms here last minute after arriving at Frankfurt Airport. I was a little wary, but my daughter and her 2 friends convinced me. Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Location was awesome. Lots of coffee shops, grocery stores nearby. We took train from airport and train stop was just a few min walk to hotel. It was only a few minute walk to christmas market in old Town Frankfurt. Room was clean, included mini fridge, and it was a great value.

There was nothing I didn't like

Good location. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Checking in at night was a hassle. If you’re arriving after 9 pm they have a phone number you’re supposed to call posted on the door which was a problem for me as I was arriving from overseas and my phone had no service. I then had to look for someone with a phone on a street willing to make a call for me as even though I did let them know in advance of my time of arrival, nobody was there expecting us.

Arrived very late at 1.30 am. Nice and easy welcome

Missed time for breakfast, didn't offer at least one coffee.
