Everything, the apartment was spacious, clean and nice. In the kitchen was everything you need. The location is perfect you have big shopping street just few meters away. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood, specially the Spanish one just 20 meters from the apartment. You have tram and metro just 2 minutes walk and great bakery and supermarket just in front. Despite that you are in the middle of living area, the apartment is quiet and relax no problem with the street noise. The host Franca was very friendly and communicated always fast.

We just missed bowls in the kitchen. And there is no free parking. For the rest no min points. Everything perfect.

We had a different apartment to the picture shown. I must say the owner is a very friendly, helpful and thoughtful lady, her gentle manner add value to rate our stay. Her place is very central to town, very clean and comfortable. She was helping us to find our way from the airport to the place, guided us with options. She was very thoughtful, left us plenty of food as we had a full day travel and before we find a restaurant. Sometimes when you touring from one place to another, it is not what a nice hotel, how good value for money you get, it is the people try their best to make your journey comfortable and easy, the thought and help, welcoming that counts! Clean, good location and comfortable.

Fabulous location, right by a train station and on the edge of the city centre not far from the river. Plenty of space with a large bedroom and decent sized lounge/diner. Well equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Good to have oat milk supplied for breakfast as an option.

Kitchen and bathroom both a little cramped. Was a bit of a fiddle to unplug the kettle in order to use the microwave as it meant moving the microwave to get in behind it - an extra plug point would have been good. Would have been good to have had an option for a fully vegan breakfast pack.

Very helpful owner whose personal touch and care were visible. Amazing breakfast box. Lovely coffee, so well stocked with so many things yogurt juice milk lovely bread . It was heart warming. Everything possible was thought of and arranged. Super warm and comfortable beds. Close to everything and next to the Konstablerwache metro station. Loved our stay.

It is a little worn out but charming. No handle to hold in the shower which is in a bath tub.

Franca was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. She had very generously let us check in earlier as we had arrived early am. The place was comfortable, clean and of a good size. It is within walking distance to anywhere that you would need to get to ;)

No major complaints, except for a couple of small suggestions. 1/ Perhaps instead of 1-use amenities, the amenities could be in a locked dispenser? 2/ Also, the bed could be firmer.

Excellent apartment with great location. Franca is an amazing host, always available and sending information to help you have the best stay possible. Apartment is in walking distance from almost every tourist spot in town.

Sofabed is noisy. It made little difference to us because only one child slept on it. But I think two adults should have difficult sleeping on it.

This property is the perfect place to stay in central Frankfurt! It’s is immaculate, really comfortable, spacious and has all the facilities needed for your stay. It is also within walking distance of Zeil, Romer etc. The breakfast items left in the kitchen was such a nice touch. The owner was very responsive and very pleasant to deal with.

Spotlessly clean and well stocked apartment. The location was fantastic for shopping or sightseeing. There were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby as well as a large supermarket.

The apartment itself was lovely bright and clean however the apartment block was a little shabby.

Stayed in the apartments for two nights with the family. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Apartment itself is clean and comfortable to stay, the only thing is maybe some dishes demand renovation. Location is very convenient, markets, different restaurants and cafes nearby, biggest in the city shopping street is in 3 min. walk, public transport almost at the door. Maybe a bit noisy and crowded, but seems like safe

Location - convenient to large train station with connections everywhere, including direct to airport. Service - all done remotely, good communication and speedy responses. Accommodation - spacious living and bedroom, very cramped bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher provided. Eating - breakfast supplies provided, kitchen with microwave and cooktop to prepare own food, small fridge Wi-fi - good throughout Summary - recommended

Bit tricky to locate the entrance. Could benefit from documentation on how to operate appliances.
