Great location and staff! The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

The spa area was quite small and could have been better equipped (water by the sauna).

Bathroom door weird closing mechanism, door wouldn’t close unless it was locked and the lock was very clunky to use. Wine bar service 2/10, really slow, forgot our order for drinks and waited over an hour for some tapas food We had 3 large bags, no concierge when we came through at midday.

Well positioned, comfortable modern city centre hotel. Staff were well trained and helpful. Rooms were comfortable.

No bath tubs in non suite rooms - very disappointing.

This newly renovated hotel is conveniently located steps away from the train station and busy central shopping district. You could walk across the bridge if desired. The highlights were in-room dining and the overall interior design. Also, the bedding was comfortable!

The tight layout of the bathroom and the lack of HVAC. The hallway has a distinct smell.

I stayed at this hotel while I was in Frankfurt for the Ironman competition, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very modern with top-notch service. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi speed was impressively fast. The bed was large and extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows, and I really enjoyed the big, modern TV where I watched Netflix after my race. The room was spacious enough to easily store my bike for the competition, which was very convenient. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and everything I tried was delicious. The lobby is beautiful as well – a great place to relax and spend some time. The bathroom was modern, with a great set of toiletries and even underfloor heating, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I loved my stay here and I will definitely come back the next time I am in Frankfurt. Thank you to the hotel team for the excellent service and hospitality!

When I checked in, the receptionist, a woman with glasses at the front desk, was extremely polite and courteous, and I felt that this is indeed a Westin. Breakfast was average for the price. Very satisfied with the cleanliness and luxury of the building.

I had to stay for consecutive nights due to a flight cancellation. When I discussed this with the man at the front desk, he roughly told me to check out first and rebook as if I were a dog. I was extremely uncomfortable. When I talked to another front desk lady, she graciously arranged for me to stay for consecutive nights and I was able to stay there without incident. The best and the worst customer service are coexisting, and there is a heaven and earth difference in the level of hospitality and customer service of the employees. It would have been a 10 if we had been treated by a good front desk person. I would like to see thorough employee training.

Everything was excellent from start to the finish. That is, the check in process was seamless and very quick, the property is in a great location and the overall service was exceptional. The rooms are very clean, the daily cleaning service was very efficient and done in time. Food at the main tapas restaurant was very good and the service was great. Breakfast was also very good, with a large variety of choices. Check out was a breeze and once again, very efficient. Personally, I feel that this property is a great value for money.

We liked everything about The Westin Grand.
