Well located hotel for business as well as leisure, I had a superior room which is fine in size. Fantastic roof terrace restaurant also for breakfast, with a great view on the financial district. Small coffee bar downstairs with great coffee from a real Italian machine made by a human.

The airco in my room was blowing over me from the side, doesn't work if you sleep. To make breakfast complete, fresh cut fruits other than the obvious melon and pineapple would have to be added, along with a selection of real nuts to add to your muesli. Then again to be able to get "eggs as you wish brought to your table" is great. Just one mystery, which goes for almost all hotels in Germany, remains unsolved: why for heaven's sake is the bed linen in Germany always too short?

Coffee and cocoa available in the hotel. It was not far from local bakery, grocery store, and restaurants. It was very convenient for local transportation.

There was only one chair in the room for 2 people. There was a coffee machine we did not use as we don't have one at home and did not know how to use it. An instruction sheet with pictures would have helped. There were no safety grab bars in the shower. The room was carpeted and looked old and ruined in some areas. The furniture was too close together making it difficult to move around the room.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, interesting ("neo Bauhaus") design of the shower cabin inside the room. Option to store luggage after check-out, readiness to check in before official check-in time. Attention to visual design details.

I am aware that Frankfurt is known for its jazz scene, but I was surprised by the popularity of industrial hotel music. Joke aside. Unfortunately for me, my room was next to the elevator shaft. The elevators started running at around 7:20 a.m. and ran all the time, when I was in the room—although it is true that they were turned off for a day or so. Otherwise, they produced a rumbling, very deep sound in my room and that didn't stop until at least 9:20 p.m. I think it would be fair to guests to warn them about such things in advance and acknowledge the problem - slightly lower rating due to this aspect.

Nothing but praise and appreciation are due to the Flemings' staff, who were unfailingly polite, professional, & always prepared to ensure a successful stay. My suite was comfortable & well appointed for rest & work. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, & public transportation.

I feel the property itself is overdue for capital improvements, and efforts are needed to update the hotel's unique mid-century design to meet contemporary expectations. There should be additional stations available for peak check-in/out periods. The breakfast buffet was an expensive disappointment, awkwardly staged, although the rooftop setting is spectacular.

My son and I stayed in Frankfurt for a family gathering, and around that we explored the city. Our stay was very comfortable, from where the hotel is located it is easy to walk to important sites. The best part is the breakfast on the 7th floor, that you can reach via un Paternoster and then walk up one floor, and from the terrace the view over the city is just stunning.

There is nothing to complain about. The garage is a bit challenging, it's a douplex and the entrance and exit is the same. We managed though, and parking in that area is a challenge anyway.

The Flemings Selection Hotel Frankfurt-City is a great place to stay in the city. It is located in a prime area with lots of things to do, restaurants galore, and proximity to the main plaza in the city: Romerberg Platz. There is also a beautiful and very modern shopping mall two blocks away. The hotel is in great shape, very well kept and well-appointed. The rooms are huge and the views are unique, from my room I was able to see the beauty of modern Frankfurt. I should commend Shanel, who welcomed us when we checked in and checked us out, also she was very nice and helped us when we requested any info from her. One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in Europe.

Fantastic location with a roof restaurant with terrace with a view on the Frankfurt skyline. Rooms are very modern, good quality of matrass and excellent bathroom with walk-in shower. Hotel right in the middle of the centre. The old "running open elevator" (they have modern ones as well!) which is protected as a historical artefact, next to the reception, is just great. They also serve a real cappuccino (paid separately) down in the reception lobby.

Breakfast could have done with a little more fresh nuts. The fresh orange juice was great though, and eggs are made to your own wish.

Overall, a great hotel and nothing to complain about. Beds are comfy, pillows are nice, and rooms are good.

Here are a couple of pieces of feedback for the room I was put in. The hotel bathroom or room has no towel holder for the towel to be neatly hung to dry after use. This was surprising as the hotel is conscious about sustainability, and due to this issue, people may end up putting the towel aside for laundry/change by housekeeping. Also, there is no way to reach the reception or any other service you may need. i.e., no telephone in the room. The light goes on and off immediately after inserting the card and taking the card out, respectively, which is a bit unusual if you are entering or moving out of the room. The lights are generally on for a few seconds for guests to either enter or exit comfortably. These are minor things, but important for a complete feel-good experience.

Great location right next to a metro station and a short walk from the shopping area and other attractions. Beautifully appointed and spacious room (I had a super king size on the 3rd floor) with an “open plan” shower. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Very extensive breakfast in the rooftop restaurant on the 7th floor. The paternoster lift was fun. Lovely friendly staff. Good value - paid just over 300 euros for two nights stay including breakfast and cancellation until day of arrival.

Normal lifts were very small and slow. Room was a bit warm and I couldn’t find the way to turn the heat down.

Unfortunately they do not have any restaurant or bar facilities open for their guests on a Sunday. Very disappointed with the quality and range of their meals in general. Their carparking area is very tight so be aware depending on your vehicle size. This hotel would not be my first choice if visiting Frankfurt again.

Their meals could have been much better for the prices charged. Over priced for the quality especially at their rooftop restaurant. Very understaffed when having breakfast in the mornings. Limited dining options.
