Overall, a great hotel and nothing to complain about. Beds are comfy, pillows are nice, and rooms are good.

Here are a couple of pieces of feedback for the room I was put in. The hotel bathroom or room has no towel holder for the towel to be neatly hung to dry after use. This was surprising as the hotel is conscious about sustainability, and due to this issue, people may end up putting the towel aside for laundry/change by housekeeping. Also, there is no way to reach the reception or any other service you may need. i.e., no telephone in the room. The light goes on and off immediately after inserting the card and taking the card out, respectively, which is a bit unusual if you are entering or moving out of the room. The lights are generally on for a few seconds for guests to either enter or exit comfortably. These are minor things, but important for a complete feel-good experience.

Great location right next to a metro station and a short walk from the shopping area and other attractions. Beautifully appointed and spacious room (I had a super king size on the 3rd floor) with an “open plan” shower. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Very extensive breakfast in the rooftop restaurant on the 7th floor. The paternoster lift was fun. Lovely friendly staff. Good value - paid just over 300 euros for two nights stay including breakfast and cancellation until day of arrival.

Normal lifts were very small and slow. Room was a bit warm and I couldn’t find the way to turn the heat down.

Unfortunately they do not have any restaurant or bar facilities open for their guests on a Sunday. Very disappointed with the quality and range of their meals in general. Their carparking area is very tight so be aware depending on your vehicle size. This hotel would not be my first choice if visiting Frankfurt again.

Their meals could have been much better for the prices charged. Over priced for the quality especially at their rooftop restaurant. Very understaffed when having breakfast in the mornings. Limited dining options.

Helpful, friendly staff. Different room options to suit your choice. If traveling with family you can have a joined room option. It’s in the middle of the city so close to all shops, stores and major shopping centers. Right outside you will find major train station. This hotel is in the most perfect location. The breakfast was exceptional wide variety choices. And the roof top restaurant has an amazing panoramic view of the city. Upon arrival there was a lovely welcome fruit basket.

Central hotel, clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent and the toiletries. Ironing board was really useful after travelling! Staff really helpful especially when one of party was impaired, gave hot water bottle and adjusted dining to help. They were really attentive and want to thank them for their support. Central location in main part of Frankfurt.

Only niggle was declined entrance to rooftop bar on second night (Friday) as private function. We picked the hotel because of the rooftop bar and if this is a regular occurrence they should state that. My husband was quite disappointed and we couldn’t use the bar cards as a result of being denied entry even though hotel residents.

The hotel’s location was impressive. Really close from many of the cafe’s, restaurants and shops. Attention to detail was evident. From the hotel reception the flowers were arranged beautifully beside the staircase and I was impressed with the niche side table offering guests to “Have a nice day and stay hydrated.” Inside the rooms were lots of drink choice within the mini bar. The use of glass bottles rather than plastic was again, a nice touch in respect of the environment. Bathroom amenities smelt lavishing and once again, reusable bottles alongside eco-friendly toilet roll. Need I forget the little quirk which was the note on the bed, offering a selection of pillows to help make it a perfect night sleep. Choices of lavender scented was a personal favourite of mine.

Carpets on the sixth floor were a little stained and at some point may need replacing to ensure the aesthetics of the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic with an excellent view. The rooms are comfortable, roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is also very friendly and I love the Paternoster lift.

The carpets in the rooms felt a bit dated and had some stains. They'd definitely been cleaned, but I do think they are just due an update or a replacement. Especially as no slippers are provided as part of your room it makes walking across the carpets a much more unpleasant experience.

After trying to check into another hotel that was plain, outright rude, and accusationary (saying it was our fault they didn't reply yo our request for a twon room and that we should have known they only do 1 bed rooms), we booked Flemings at 10pm. We found them friendly and went out their way for us. Clean, large rooms and great location. Will stay again.

One minor change can be made. * Include English subtitles or programmes for the TV, please.

Location was superb - walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shops. Communal spaces in the hotel were beautifully curated and very comfortable. The TV gave multiple viewing options. Added bonus of coffee machine and free water in the bedroom. Happy to store luggage.

The shower cubicle being in the middle of the bedroom was a bit strange - impossible to get privacy. The toilet was then a very small, tight space. A single bathroom would have been more pleasurable. We were offered a room on the 6th floor with a view but on arrival we realised we were just looking into the next building - we didn't expect a view for the reasonable price we paid and the last minute booking, it's just the receptionist mentioned it.

Location near the city center, especially the shopping district and several U- and S- bahn stations. Phenomenal breakfast: one of the best selection of products I have ever seen in any hotel. Extremely professional staff: i was there on the weekend of the Kansas City - Miami NFL game, and some guests were rowdy and noisy, yet the hotel staff were always polite and acted swiftly whenever something bad happened. Room was massive!

This is not the hotel's fault, but as with many cities nowadays, some parts of Frankfurt can attract nasty crowds at night. While most areas immediately surrounding the hotel are fine, some can be sketchy. Be careful if going out late.
