Despite I did not have a parking lot service, it was included to my invoice. But, two of your colleagues, a very beautiful girl (I think her name was Liv), and particularly dear Mr. Nelson Viola were interested with my problem thorougly and solved the problem in a very professional way. Mistakes can always take place but the way you solve it means a lot to a customer and you deserved appreciation for your approach. Firat

Huge pool and gym are great

Aircon was broken in the room. They changed our room when we asked but it was disappointing have had to do this as it was 10:30pm. Also breakfast is €7 euros cheaper when ordered the night before but this wasn’t made clear to us at check in at all.

Clean, good security, staff and breakfast. Good decor. Restricted access to floors that you are not staying on-great for extra security. Will hold bags after checkout if you have a later flight. Excellent language skills of team made the stay stress free. Our German language skills are limited so it was helpful at check in and out not to have the stress of “have I missed something important”.

It wasn’t overly clear how to access the pool-so we didn’t. It’s seemingly a “fitness first” pool and not solely Hilton. We stayed at the front of the hotel without the beautiful city views and green backdrop I expected from my research! It was quite noisy with sirens (but it is city centre), I think rooms at the rear would have been nicer.

Great location, close to the airport and easy to reach. Not far from anywhere you want to reach in the city by walking. Kiosk in the lobby for basic goods. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere (one new employee was very professional, cannot recall the name but he was Greek).

Only thing that was inconvenient was some construction works next to the hotel. However, the hotel could not do much about it and this cannot impact my rating.

Staff was amazing & helpful. We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival because our room wasn’t ready yet which as nice. Close to the historic center & city center. Very environmentally friendly, amenities can be ordered by phone instead of stocking them in the room and having to throw them out after each change.

Unfortunately us wasn’t told that the “spa” area and swimming pool aren’t part of the hotel, but in a separate fitness first gym. It was a little embarrassing standing in fitness first in nothing but a bathrobe.

Very clean, the staff who made my breakfast omelette was a very nice young man with a smile. Friendly and very nice hotel.

No slippers. Amenities are minimal. I asked for a spumoni at the bar, but apparently they didn't know and the recipe was wrong and very bad. If they can't make it, I wish they would have told me they can't make it.

Caffee was very satisfying. And pleasant. Breakfast was good and adequate and delivered very fast by a lovely lady. She had a Smile on her face at 6:30 in the morning and was happy to see me. She clearly was happy to be at work and happy to serve..You don’t see that often anymore.If only everyone would love early mornings. She made my day .

Dirty windows in my room. There is a fantastic view but it was obscured by the dust unfortunately.

I was impressed that on Ester Sunday there were colored eggs for breakfast. It is was a very nice gesture, this is an important tradition for Ortodox people during Easter.

Everything was good. Really nice breakfast, servers during the breakfast were exceptionally attentive, polite, helpful, smiley and shared positivity. Server during the dinner was also very attentive, friendly and made a nice recommendations of cocktails and food which we are indeed enjoyed. We really enjoyed during our stay. The hotel is definitely Pet Friendly. Thanks a lot for providing all necessary amenities for our dog. We will definitely come back.

The only disappointment was the Wellness, Spa area. There is no separate wellness for hotel guests nor access. We were sharing wellness area with walk in customers. One of sauna was out of order. In order to enter sauna we supposed to walk through the gym which is not really part of hotel rather complete separate gym sharing the same Sauna and wellness area. We felt a bit weird to walk all the way through gym then changing room and finally found the spa/ sauna. However sauna was really nice even through not super professional. The water in Cold pool was not really clean, the greenish organic thingy was visible at the bottom of the pool.

The hotel has good-sized rooms with very comfy matrases and has great service. Special thansks to the Housekeeping team; my wife forgot an LV bag with lots of valuables in it. The bag was found and returned to us via DHL with all in it. It is a great sign of really good management and a trusted team

Coffe at breakfast could be better but is general problem of many hotel in Germany
