The location & the staff is very friendly

There is no small refrigerator in the room

The location was awesome, right in the centre of everything. They have an amazing lobby which allows for hanging out and playing games. Very welcoming. The room was a little small but that is how the rooms are here in Europe. The breakfast was wonderful, had lots of selection and was yummy. The staff was amazing!! So helpful and made us feel like family. especially Pedro. He was quick to give us tips on restaurants and sights to see. Loved staying at the Moxy and will definitely come back!

Moxy is located at about 10 mins walk from Romberberg/Old town. They are steps away from MyZeil mall. They have luggage storage lockers and have 24x7 reception available. They have water, coffee, snacks and small bites available 24x7 for purchase which makes it a lot easier. They even helped me check in early (around 1 pm). A safe neighborhood for solo travelers and ease of access to all major sightseeing locations. A 5 mins walk gets you to U station that connects the rest of the city and even Hbf (main) for long trains. This was my first ever solo trip and I loved that I picked Moxy for my stay.

The staff is great! And there are some really nice touches at this hotel. For example, you can leave your luggage in a day locker (for free!) after check-out, without having to involve reception. The bed is comfortable, the location is incredible, and it feels safe.

There was only one working elevator, so the wait time to get up and down was on the longer side. The only concern I had as a solo traveler was that the room doors didn't have a manual latch. I like being able to truly lock myself in at night.

The location is great. You can reach everywhere easily. There is a metro station very close by and transportation is very easy. You can go to Mainz one day. The room is a normal size. The bathroom and toilet are clean. There are lockers on the ground floor and if you arrive early you can put your luggage there and start touring. After checking out on the last day, we put our luggage in the closet and toured on the last day. The staff is attentive and helpful. The rooms are very quiet, you don't hear the noise outside. The air conditioning is very good for cold weather.

There is only a trash can in the toilet but not in the room. This is a huge deficiency. When I asked the reception, they said there was none and they couldn't help. This is sad. You have to bring a plastic bag with you, otherwise the room gets messy. Since there is no closet in the room, your belongings are always in the suitcase. These are not big things, I don't want them to negatively affect your thoughts. If I come to Frankfurt again, I will stay here.

room was spacious but did not have fridge or a safe, but still acceptable. if you were to buy any frozen or chilled item, would have to put it with the counter and collect before checking out. room had a hairdryer. I would do a good run to the river nearby relatively safely. photos of room were accurate.

the location had a few rowdy characters right outside the hotel, but they are relatively safe. a lot of rough sleepers within 500m radius of the vicinity. breakfast cost was too high at 21€. I could get it at a 15€ within 200m away. there is McDonalds just nearby too.

The quality of service and cleanliness of MOXY hotels never ceases to amaze. The arrangement of the welcome area, reception, lobby and bar area was interesting and nice enough to not need to spend time in any bar outside. The location of the hotel is very close to public transportation and shopping street.

It fully met my expectations, but the only flaw was that the shower area in the bathroom was separated by a curtain, not a seperator. This can be a problem both in terms of ease of use and hygiene, and it looks simple and dysfunctional.

Although the decoration makes it look like a fancy hotel, the services are very basic. No bathroom amenities, no closet, no boiler/coffee/tea/bottle of water in the room. No telephone or fridge either. Really just the bedroom and a bathroom. Industrial/urban style should not mean less confortable.

Location of the hotel was great. Employees were kind and helpful. Room was always clean. Reception/bar was well designed, relax and sincere. Even lobby was crowded there were no noise up in the rooms. Also there were no city niose when windows are closed.

There may be a minibar in the room. I stayed in the hotel just for 4 nights so it was nat a problem for me but for longer accomodations there should be a wardrope. Lastly at nights there were some creepy people in the hotel entrance that makes me feel unsecure.

A very good hotel located in the center of Frankfurt. Ideal to explore the city by foot. Very kind & helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and everything was refilled on time, even if you had breakfast at a later time. We stayed here because daughter and a girlfriend were attending the concert of Stray Kids. But we are planning to come back for sure to visit more in Frankfurt city itself.

Carpet in daughter's room wasn't vacuum cleaned very good.
