They offer an airport shuttle that picks up directly in front of the hotel. The hours are a little unique because they only run during the early morning and late evening so if you have a late morning or afternoon flight, you might not be able to use the shuttle, but check that before you stay! We also parked our vehicle at the airport and paid extra for that, but it was so worth it. Be sure though to reserve that ahead of your stay because spots are limited.

The location is a little tricky because it's tucked in among other buildings (industrial area) so we had to do an extra loop around the block, but it was easy after that. Also, the driveway is very small so it's best to park on the side street and walk to check in. If you don't pay to park on the property, you'll have to park on the street. Not sure if you have to pay or not for street parking.

Rooms were very clean and far enough from airport to be able to open windows for ventilation and not be disturbed by airplane noise.

The airport shuttle, the reason we chose this location, was awful! The bus is a traditional city bus by design, low floor and step up for rear seating, and allows very little floor space for luggage. Definitely an unsafe ride, as in an emergency or sudden breaking,, the isles were packed with luggage that would go flying!!

My family stayed over night during layover for the next flight. Customer service is great. All staff are friendly and go beyond and above to help. Hotel is 15-minute drive from the airport located in a very quiet area near airport. But you don’t hear planes, which guarantees good sleep. We used transfer services provided by the hotel. Our room was just enough size to ensure room for moving around beds. Hotel provides buffet breakfast for an extra charge of 15 euros per adult, no lunch service, dinner service is a la carte. Lots of places to dine in around. We booked last minute and we’re very satisfied with the stay!

Breakfast is a bit pricy.

Nice and clean room with a comfortable bed and fluffy comfy pillows. Very spacious bathroom. A Wifi that worked properly. Possibility to have a smaller breakfast before the breakfast buffet opening hours. Quite a few choices of different meals on the bar menu. Parking in the garage under the hotel was convenient. Noise reduction from the outside was excellent.

The wall mount water closet was hung a little bit high in my opinion, and after all I'm 185 cm tall. Never understood how to turn the bathroom towel dryer on, if it was at all possible. Noise reduction from the inside, such as neighboring rooms or the corridor, was not that great. Missed a gym and shuttle service to the airport during daytime.

Cleanliness, good menu and quality was exceptional.

No arrangement for tea or coffee in the room. One electric kettle would have greatly changed my rating to excellent. Other Ibis properties like in Delhi, Jaipur, Paris, Istanbul…. all have this facilities. In fact many of them even have an electric iron in the room.

Clean with good facilities.

I would have given a higher score, however the shuttle bus was 45 minutes late, no apology or explanation given when asked, in fact insinuated that it was most likely my fault. The wifi in the rooms was not working, only in the lobby. Difficult when one has a lot to work on and the shuttle was so late arrived at 2230 and had to arise at 0230 to complete the wifi work before catching the first shuttle at 0505. The night manager made up for the lack of politeness of the previous evening's staff, so I do thank him.

Room was very nice, lovely hot shower with good water pressure and nice towels. Super breakfast, if you like to start your day with a big breakfast it is well worth it. I appreciated that there were lots of healthy choices. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful - thank you!

WiFi information should automatically be given upon check in to save having to ask for it. Shuttle bus schedule is inconvenient. I also feel the 4 euro fee for the return trip is petty and unessary. This is a simple service that should be included and can be a big draw to attract people. The shuttle bus situation will have me exploring other hotel options on my next visit.

there was no late night food or snack, I understand it might not be a usual time for people in Frankfort to eat after midnight , however being an hotel nearby the Airport most of the visitors are coming from long travel on a transit and they do eat according to their time zone, so a snack facility after midnight would be a great option to have

Super clean and a lidl is just across the street.

The airport bus doesn't operate in the afternoons. We hung around the airport for a few hours.

Friendliness of staff was the biggest thumbs up for us - everyone was so helpful and accommodating. The areas and rooms were spotlessly clean and i will be returning on business to this hotel

Nothing - however i would have expected to find a mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. More comfy lounge chairs in the public areas to 'chill out' of an evening would have also been nice
