Excellent location, just one stop by the train/tram from the airport. The owner very responsive, friendly and carrying. Surprisingly it is a very quiet location, so me and my sister had a very good night sleep before the early morning flight. We had a room with balcony facing a backyard full of trees, which was very nice and quiet. The property is just a short walk to the river, with an excellent view, ideal for a relaxing walk. Approx. 20min away a few bigger supermarkets, so easy to buy what you need. I usually book hotels near the airport with the free shuttle bus. But I have been noticing that the busses runs not very frequently, sometimes if you miss one, you wait for an hour for the next or you take taxi. On the other side this hotel can be very easy reached by a frequently running train (just 1 stop from the airport). Therefore in my opinion it is far more efficient to get to and from the hotel.

Rooms were clean and good size. During the heatwave it was nice that there were fans in the rooms and very cold wash water in the sink. It was just a short walk from the train stop. It was just one train stop from the airport, which is why we chose it. There was a restaurant but we did not visit it. Happy to have coffee and a fridge in the room. We would stay here again if we needed an airport hotel in Frankfurt.

While it was ok for us, some guests might not like how tight the area is in the bathroom to get the door closed while inside. This might have just been our bathroom as the hotel offers different rooms.

We had to catch a morning flight from FRA, so we decided to stay here instead of driving early. Great location, very close to the S Bahn station which takes you in 5 minutes to the airport. Several restaurants nearby. Well equipped and clean rooms.

Noise insulation could be better, you can hear chatters from the street and when other guests are carrying the suitcases are audible. In our room the shower had the design of half covered with a glass wall and other half open, can not be closed completely. Does not matter how much you take care the floor will be very wet despite putting a towel to the ground, which is slippery. This not a bug, this is a feature, just take care not to slip on the wet floor after taking a shower.

The proximity to the S-Bahn/commuter train and bus to Terminal 1 were excellent. The host was wonderful, the room clean and had many conveniences, such as a small refrigerator. A restaurant and several fast food options were in the immediate vacinity.

The location on a main thoroughfare meant that it quieted down only at 10 p.m. Since I was on the main level, next to a parking row, I didn't want to open the shades to let in natural light. A reading lamp near the bed and at the desk would have been helpful. One thing about the S-Bahn/commuter train: Don't count on it to come! Mine had a technical difficulty - although I had a 3-hour time frame before my flight and only 2mi./3km distance to the Terminal - it became a problem when, after waiting 40 min., I had to figure out a Plan B. There is an availability of UBER in the area, if you use it.

The comforts of this hotel were surprisingly exceptional in every way and made up for our bad late night arrival experience. We arrived at airport in early evening, but our S8 train wasn’t running so we took another S8 train from another station that skipped Kelsterbach stop. From an unknown stop, had a taxi driver take us to hotel. Next morning we discovered the bus stop was a few feet from hotel. Better to take Bus 72 or 73 with sign “Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1”. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and hard boiled eggs and everything you need to start your day.

It would have been nice that upon confirmation, I receive a message from the property of the different options for transferring to/from airport-hotel since this is an airport hotel. When we plan an extensive trip of multiple countries, it would be a lot easier to include this info instead of wait until we ask.

This hotel is nice! Its very close to the airport a simple train ride for one stop 5 min and your at the airport. |If you want a place for an overnight layover but don't want to have to go into the city this is the spot to do it. There is a nice restaurant next door and a bar at the train station to have a drink at. |I would stay again.

I didn't care for the breakfast that much probably because I am American and used to a different type of breakfast. Also they have it so early and I wanted to sleep in a little. I believe they close it before 9am. I would stay again just not get the breakfast.

The staff is very friendly not only to introduce the hotel but also to help move the luggage. The location is really good, which is nearby the S-bahn (<5min by foot) and the next stop is right airport. The room is so good and clean that it is very comfortable to stay a night before the flight.

It is easily to be disturbed by the noise nearby or outside. Fortunately, it is not so noisy when the time I went to bed.

Rooms were clean and on the larger side for Europe, and included a mini fridge. One even had a massage chair, which was a fun bonus! Nice decoration; it felt comfortable, not like sleeping in a dorm room. There is also a little green space in the courtyard. There are clear signs for the hotel on both sides of the street. Getting to the airport is super simple, I took a quick train that left a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but it looks like there are bus options and it should also be a quick drive. All in all, a decent value for the price if you want to be by the airport. The woman at the front desk recommended eating at any restaurant on the street, and we went to Kristall and had amazing Turkish food with excellent service.

It could be hard to park a car if you arrive after reception is closed (at 10 pm, I believe), or get back in your room if you accidentally lock yourself out. Parking is an extra fee. There was not a curtain/blind for the window in the "bathroom" part of the room, so the room was pretty bright, even at night. There is no air conditioning. In late June it was cool enough outside and we were fine, but a little warmer and it could be uncomfortable.

Very nice units, spacious and very clean. Parking was good and we were impressed with the size and set out of the unit. The shower was great and lovely area outside the unit to sit with chairs and small table. The wifi was speedy fast and hotel very close to the airport. We had dinner at a restaurant almost next door which was fantastic (I believe it was Turkish) and also a mini market a few doors down from there. Reception staff was very friendly and welcoming and also run the coffee shop at the front of the hotel.

The room was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked having an area directly outside my door to relax. It was convenient to get to the airport by public transport.

The tea/coffee station in my room could be improved. I couldn't plug the kettle in where it was, so I had to move it underneath the TV to boil water, which probably isn't good for the TV! Also I would have liked ceramic cups instead of paper. Very minor issue but I imagine it would become annoying if I was staying more than one night.
