This turned out to be an ideal place to stay before our flight. The hotel was in a quiet area, where you could drop off bags and check in before parking in the nearby garage. Everything was newly constructed, clean and efficient. The room was small but comfortable, with good beds and a surprisingly luxurious shower. The restaurant had good food which was reasonably priced, and just for fun, was served to us by a robot! In the morning, it was an easy 3 minute walk to the parking garage to catch the airport shuttle.

After 11pm no food option. I got in late after the restaurant was closed. I haven't seen any option around. So i got potato chips from the vending machine. Eat before :-)

They have all the amenities, modern decor, clean facilities, and I really like that they had food and drink automats for when the restaurant and bar closed. Not just soft drinks and chocolate either. The shuttle service to the airport was also great— quick and simple.

I couldn’t find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I looked all over in the freezing cold and gave up after 20 minutes. I ended up taking a taxi.

With a 12-hour overnight between flights through Frankfurt, we chose this hotel primarily because the price was reasonable and it offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. To our happy surprise, it turned out to be hands-down the best budget accommodation we've ever experienced. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The room was handsomely decorated in minimalist euro-style. The en suite bathroom even had good towels and nice toiletries. Whoever designed this hotel had paid attention to the position of lights, the location of charging outlets, and similar details. Even the cafe exceeded our expectations, with yummy pizzas and Asian fusion dishes, cordial wait staff, even a cat-faced robot to deliver our draft beer.

Our only real complaint was that the two single beds making up our "queen-size" bed weren't secured to each other. When we reached over to our partner for a cuddle, they slid apart. Guests need to be aware that the shuttle will drop them off a couple of hundred meters from the front door, and some of the staff don't speak English.

We loved the staff. All of them were so friendly and accommodating. I loved their leisurely but nice looking uniforms. I especially loved the decor of the hotel- beautifully done, timeless. The rooms were comfortable and the shower had space! WiFi in room could’ve been stronger. We didn’t need it but if we would’ve needed an airport shuttle, it was readily available. Overall a very nice hotel.

What I didn’t like were the extra fees- street side parking for €15 per night seemed a bit stiff. And paying for a small animal when the website is not clear about that was not nice. But we loved that they were pet friendly and even provided a big dog bed and dog dishes.

Hotel is very close to the Airport. Property still feels new with a restaurant in the lobby. Need some small extras? Vending machines in the lobby provide despite the lack of restaurants in the immediate area.

It was difficult to find the pickup point for the hotel shuttle. It's not immediately outside the baggage claim doors. Needed to call the property to clarify that pickup is by the medical center entrance just a short walk from baggage claim doors. As for the room itself the room the only thing missing was missing a hairdryer. Surely the front desk would be able to supply?

Clean room, equipped bathroom/shower with soap/shampoo, the free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, the kind and friendly staff. The shuttle bus from Terminal 1: Exit the arrival hall, turn left, walk along the terminal until you see a pedestrian/zebra crossing, turn left again, you will see a Medical Centre building. The bus picks you up from there. Takes about 15mins. Leaves at 15 past and 45 past the hour. Drops off at a parking garage about 150m away from the hotel but with paved sidewalk and street lights. The shuttle from the hotel left from the same drop off point on the hour and at half past. There are 2 different buses going to Terminal 1 and 2. Super convenient!

The restaurant opens from 5pm to 10pm and as we arrived later than that, there was no food option. Uber Eats was suggested but at 11pm, there were only a handful that delivered to the hotel and with minimum spend amounts that made no sense for 2 ppl who wanted a light bite late at night. No fault of the hotel but just remember to buy food from the airport before going to the hotel if you arrive after 10pm.

We had a great experience at this hotel! We stayed for one night before our flight and one night after. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

It was a bit tricky to find the shuttle station at the airport, and there could be more hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, well equipped & comfortable. The large photographs of planes were great! The shuttle service from the airport was excellent & included in the cost of the room.

The shuttle bus drop-off point outside the parking area is difficult for older people with suitcases, as are the front entrance stairs at the hotel. Perhaps there could be two drop-off points: one at the hotel entrance & one at the parking area entrance? The check-in was incredibly slow. We had to stand in a queue for almost an hour.

The hotel is very close to the airport, few minutes ride with the free shuttle-bus. It is very modern and brand-new and we got a giant suite with two very spacious bedrooms. Restaurant was good, plus with the surprise of the robot-waiter

Just a little note: it would be even better if the shuttle bus not only stops at the parking next, but also in front of the hotel itself. It is a very short distance (100m?), but for some people (elder of, like us, couple with small kids) it could be very helpful
