The staff were nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms got pretty dark. We had plenty of space and having a kitchen to use was nice. The location was great / near the Christmas market and plenty of food and shopping options. The nearby playground was a hit! We’d definitely stay again.

The blinds in the primary room were broken and there was a beep all day and night coming from somewhere. You had to walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 3rd which Id have liked to know. And having a kitchen but no utensils or kitchenware meant we couldn’t use it much.

It is located 5 min. away from the central station, also in a nice neighborhood. It was safe, staff was friendly. We arrived earlier and were able to check in quickly earlier without any problem. The rooms are renovated, the building itself is a old, but renovated one. It has no elevator. The bathroom and room were clean an spacious. It was quiet. There are parks and a lot of bus/train stops near by. All in all would recommend for a short stay.

A little bit pricey and you have to pay around 10€ for two people (travel tax). It may not be as accessible for some people because there is no elevator.

The staff at the hotel were very polite, helpful and friendly. One of us had an accident the day we arrived and they were kind enough to accommodate us the next day in a lower level of the building to avoid the stairs that were impossible to climb with a swollen knee. The breakfast buffet was nice and fresh. The rooms were clean and the mattresses comfortable. The location is excellent, two blocks from the train station and few more to downtown area, there are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a small supermarket.

The cable TV had a very limited selection of channels.

Comfort, spacious and beautiful design, expensive furniture & high ceiling that give a sense of extra space & luxury touch to the room.

There were no extra facilities in the room, eg coffee, drinking water, bathroom essentials. The breakfast area was very small and slightly uncomfortable, unlike the room itself. The room was ground floor, looking at the main road, lacking in the sense of privacy and quitness.

I always stay here whenever I’m in Wiesbaden, and it is perfect for its central location (walkable to train station, the Kurpark, museums, shopping, etc.). The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are impeccable with minimal but elegant decor, and prices are reasonable. There is no lift, but always someone to help carry luggage if you are on a higher floor. I will always come back to Hotel Aurora, and would recommend it to anyone visiting the lovely city of Wiesbaden!

Breakfast excellent. Location excellent, a short walk from the rail station and also the Convention Centre. Opposite a park. Excellent receptionists. One lent me his bicycle as I'd had problems hiring one. I was able to do long rides through the parks. A brisk 10 minutes walk from the town centre, although bus stop was only 50 metres away.

My room (single) was after two long flights of stairs. Just my bad luck probably, but not great with a heavy suitcase.

It is a cosy hotel in the very center of Wiesbaden, but in a quiet surrounding. Walking distance to old town and to the Congress Center. Very nice rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful staff. Parking in the courtyard.

There could be a kettle in every room

The location was perfect. Half way between the city centre and the station and the breakfast was extensive and delicious!😋

Nothing. It would be nice to have a kettle and mugs provided so that you can make a hot drink during the day.

This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel. I love this place. Convenient to the train station and downtown area but on a quiet street.

Nothing to complain about. Breakfast is a bit expensive but very good.

a shower with transparent doors inside the room and next to the window felt very weird
