Spotlessly clean and new-looking 'business' hotel with excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Free parking under hotel, with simple card access.

A little bit out of the 'downtown' area if you are on foot.

I was travelling by car and was looking for somewhere I could safely park. BW Wiesbaden has its own underground parking area which forms part of a large parking facility under a modern multi-use office development. The car park is barriered, in tip-top condition, well lit, clean and convenient for the hotel's lift. I dare say, given a brace of classic Porsches parked near the entrance, it's pretty safe, too. Yes: they charge you Euro 20 but given its convenience and the fact you can leave the car there after check-out at 11.00 hours I think it's acceptable. (NB. I suspect if you became a regular you could probably negotiate a better price for the parking). The hotel dates from 2018 I think and it's modern, crisply designed, well built and very well maintained. In fact, I enquired at the desk and it's apparently one of 10 BWs that Herr R Schmidt runs throughout Germany and Austria. This example is both a credit to him and to all his staff, starting with the very affable Hotel Manager who kept a careful eye on how the hotel looked. I liked that: a manager who "gets out onto the factory floor". The bar is easy to grab a beer at and watch some TV. My room (on the fourth floor overlooking the 'plaza/courtyard') and its en-suite were both impeccable. The location of the hotel is decent but it's probably a tad too far to walk to the town centre....well at least at night. Particularly worth mentioning was the breakfast: fruits, breads, yoghurts etc. (as well as cheese, meats, eggs for the more serious 'breakfaster') were universally excellent as was the care the 'head waiter' took in keeping everything neat, clean and tidy. I'm struggling to fault it. When in Wiesbaden again, I'll be coming here.

The breakfast was so good! Some of the best we've had at a hotel in Germany. All the staff were very helpful and the parking was private in the garage and was free. Very convenient to the military base. Highly recommend the nearby restaurant called Die Hutte.

It was all good. Just a bit far from the old town with all the restaurants. No dinner at this hotel.

The staff seemed overworked in the check in area. One worker often handled the registrations, bar and food orders and answered questions for customers. More staff was needed.

The hotel is situated very close to the railway station, the walk into the centre is a little longer, but easily reached by bus if you are not up to a walk. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the bar downstairs is very comfortable with a good selection of drinks and a small menu. The breakfast variety and quality was excellent.

We had no complaints.

Large apartment had a massive private terrace that was very enjoyable. Breakfast was quite extensive and good. Nice to have a gym available. Reasonable price given the extensive accommodation we received.

There was a warning in the bathroom that the water can suddenly scald -- we did notice quite a bit of fluctuation in the shower -- why not find a means to fix this? Would have been nice to have an actual door separating the living and sleeping areas so we couldn't hear our children chatting first thing early in the morning!

Loved the proximity to things in Wiesbaden. The breakfast was far more vast than I was expecting. Loved the fitness center and free parking!

It is right on the street, so when venting the windows, there is a lot of noise, but you can’t be close to everything and not expect to have city noise!

Very nice place and personnel. Clean rooms and good facilityes. Breakfast was great.

Couldn't use the smart TV on Youtube. The shower door didn't stayed closed.

1. Excellent location - only 10 minutes easy walk to central station. 2. Reception staff good and friendly. 3. Breakfast very good. Plenty of staff (very important at breakfast time so that tables get cleared and relaid quickly - this aspect often failing at other (even big name hotels), staff smart, efficient and nice, very good selection of food, food good, dishes quickly replenished.

Carpeted bedroom floors.

Nice, clean and quiet room. Very good breakfast with a lot to choose from. Walking distance to city center made the stay easy. For those who comes by car, the garage is just under the hotel with a lot of parking spaces.

The room temperature was a bit on the high side and I could not change it. Would have appreciated a better pillow, the one I had was very flat. Missed body lotion in the bathroom.
