The location and staff were really nice.

I read a lot of reviews...after booking and was really worried but was pleasantly surprised. I traveled alone so the shower frosted (nearly clear) glass didn't bother me. But if you're traveling with someone you don't want to see you naked.... maybe they should step out of the room while you shower. I am a heavy sleeper so maybe that is why I didn't notice sounds from my neighbors. Of course you hear doors closing, hallway noise, and plumbing but I'd say that is pretty normal. My one complaint is the pillow. I had 1 good pillow and 1 nearly nonexistent pillow. I guess it is luck of the draw. As for the room size, they were european budget friendly room sizes. Again, nothing out of the norm.

The staff were lovely, especially the guy on night shift. We weren't given rooms that were close together at first - they were on the same floor but far apart. The guy on night shift managed to move us to the fourth floor where the rooms were closer.

We didn't like sharing a room with a bathroom with clear partitions and the new room we moved to didn't have that, so we were happy. The new room also had a coffee machine, which was great. Only we went to use it and the milk/cream had gone off was mouldy, so that put us off.

Great location for seeing the sights, most within a half hour walk. The room, and the hotel itself, was clean, bed comfortable and I had everything I needed.

Nothing really, the room was a bit small, esp the bathroom. I could have upgraded to a bigger room for just a few dollars more, but I was only there a few nights so not a big deal. Might have been nice to have a mini-fridge and safe but again, not a deal breaker.

It was a convenient location to downtown and parking garage led to the hotel. Had elevators! We did not try their breakfast. They were able to put our two rooms next door to each other. Rooms are small, but we made it work with the porta crib.

No AC- haha. But, there was a fan provided, so that helped!

This is a relatively large and modern hotel located in a nice Jugendstil building in the historical centre of Wiesbaden, easily reachable by foot or public transport. Our room had everything needed for an overnight stay. The breakfast was very good. We also had to stay for several hours after the checkout doing some urgent work before departure, and the spacious lobby of the hotel was very convenient for that, so that we did not bother anybody nor were bothered ourselves.

The small bathroom was separated from the room by a semi-transparent screen, which is not fully convenient. Otherwise, really nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was perfect, wide assortment. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel location is very good - walking distance to city center and good access by car. Available parking house - connected to hotel by direct lift.

Very small bathroom with tough access to shower (if you have over 100g, you will have a trouble). It is only a problem of too big wash-basin - why you don't change it?

I had room 121. I think there needs to be something soft between the shower and sink. If one is to slip slightly and open the door of shower with some force the glass will surely shatter and creat more problems. Apart from that, everything else in the room was exceptional.

The staff were amazing!!! In particular Toula and Marella at reception were fantastic!! Super friendly and very welcoming. They were engaging and helpful. Also Xavier in the restaurant is a fantastic person and again very friendly and a very nice person. Thanks Stan Makantasis

I stayed in room 157, it’s a good location nice view but a little noisy at night.

the room is ok size is just right for one person. Its nicely arranged and has all what is needed for a short stay. Including wifi in very good condition.

I see is that the exhaust fan system is not working all the time or not working long enough. This causes the room to smell if you don't open the window. Power outlet next to the bed could have had a second socket or even a USB socket that would make it a lot more user friendly.
