I really liked this hotel. In terms of price-quality it's definitely the best. What we especially liked was how welcoming everyone was in the hotel and how attentive to small details. The thing that made my days in Wiesbaden super interesting was a book about Wiesbaden then and now. I'm really grateful to whoever's idea it was to put those books in the rooms! Our room was spacious, clean and had a little fridge and a kettle, mugs as well as glasses in it. The wardrobe had more than enough hangers and shelves. There was also a little vault in the room which I find great. Our window faced the inner yard ant it was rather quiet in our room. We also didn't hear our neighbours behind the wall. Our bed was super comfortable to sit on and read a book as well as to sleep in. There is a table in the room which gives you an opportunity to work during your stay. The internet connection was also good enough to have an online meeting. The neighborhood is also worth mentioning. The hotel is located in the heart of the city where you can find lots of supermarkets, minimarkets, shops and restaurants. Our overall experience with this hotel was more than satisfying. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just some minor things I can't but mention. Connection on the shower tube that leads to upper showerhead needs to be fixed. However, we used the smaller showerhead instead and it worked. Also, pillows were rather hard for my liking. But it's just me and my troubles with pillows wherever I go. But if you're a person who always finds it hard to fall asleep on new pillows, keep this information in mind.

I have stayed at this hotel three times, and I have been happy with it each time. I never have never had breakfast, but I have heard that it is a nice spread. I love the fact that the rooms have little refrigerators and water boilers. It makes it a very comfortable place to stay for several days. The internet is also reliable and fast. The location is ideal—walking distance to the city center, but also quiet. Great Turkish restaurants all along the street of the hotel. A 10 minute walk to the train station. The manager of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I always feel safe and well cared for, and I will continue using this as my hotel of reference in Wiesbaden. 👍🏽

I wish the showers were bigger and that they provided more toiletries. That said, I am very grateful for the free water and consistently clean rooms, so I won’t complain!

The location is close to transport and many different cuisine restaurants. Shopping centre and fashion shopping all within walking distance. Staff were all very helpful and rooms comfortable.

Minor things, no light fitting cover in the bedroom and painting held onto a nail with string. This did not detract from a good hotel in the middle of the city.

The parking option was very convenient, walking just 3 steps from our car to the entrance was amazing, many high-ticket hotels in a similar location have much less convenient parking or none at all.

They woke us up in the morning because there was a construction starting that day, and we had to go down and move our car, just to leave a bit later anyway, and it was rather awkward and inconvenient. Probably not happening all the time.

-There was a table in the room where you can put your computer and work -There were 2 different fans and 1 AC so I could choose how to cool the room -A kettle and tea in the room were very nice to have -Located almost in the center, has a lot of restaurants/bars on the same street

-Doesn't have 24h reception as it says on Booking. They close the door after midnight. You can still come in through parking but you need to know the code to the door -Room was smelling like cigarettes. There was an ash tray in the balcony but when I asked I was told this wasn't a smoking room. So I smoked outside, not in the balcony

I particularly liked the l ocation, the Staff, the Breakfast buffet and the room. Parking possibilities were very good considering the hotel lies in the city centre. Fittings and amenities were beyond the hotel level, which is an upgrade in itself.

Some maintenance required, shower head did not fit and could not be properly secured. Toilet role holder awkwardly positioned. Some dust in the corner on the floor. Must have been missed when vacuming, for the room was otherwise very clean. But that's about it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, on the edge of the lively Turkish district with lots of popular outdoor restaurants, fresh food shops and a bakery. Right across the main road you are immediately in the centre of town. I felt very well in the hotel. My single bed turned out to be the size of a double bed. I was pleased to have a seating area also. You get complementary snacks and soft drinks free in the mini bar. Any noise from the street stopped at about 10 when business closed, so I could keep the windows open at night. The hotel manager told me they have recently taken over and will renovate all the rooms and install air conditioning. It was great to stay in a personal hotel that is not part of a chain.

The location is super local and everything is easily reached within a few minutes. There was a fruit plate in the room and free coffee all day round in the lobby. Staff is very helpful and friendly and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is cosy and pleasant.

Staff are very helpful always asking if all is ok and when it was a heatwave brought a refidgerator to my room Great location. Its not lux and can feel a little bit dated but its the best price to location i found in 10 days. I stayed longer than i reserved i felt so at home here.

Its a very small point. The floors are laminate and when cleaners clean in the morning they pull the chairs in the other rooms and it makes a noise that wakes me up. Some small rubber pads on the legs of the chairs would stop the noise. Thats all otherwise faultless.

Location to the old city and there were numerous restaurants in the area. Included breakfast was good. Very large room.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room when we returned from breakfast - we had to open the door to the fire escape to try to clear the smell. As non-smokers, this was disturbing.
