The building looks very lavishly and elegant, reminding on some historic era. Location is very central, even though it can be quite noisy due to nearby crossroad. The selection and quality of coffees for the breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful and kind. Internet works very well and room is nicely decorated.

I have never ever seen a room with so many low ceilings - you can't literally use two thirds of the room because you can't stand high there - that's especially problem in the shower cabin and bathroom overall. Try to avoid rooms on the 3rd floor by all means. Cleaning could be better. Room lacks kettler, so can't prepare hot beverage, even though temperatures are very, very low. Breakfas is pretty limited and same every day (hot dishes include only eggs and saussages).

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel in Wiesbaden! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The hotel itself is cozy and welcoming, and we were especially grateful for the quiet room we requested. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable—just what we needed after a day of exploring. Overall, a great experience. We’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wiesbaden!

Wi-fi connection is not steady

The location was fantastic, close to Altstadt and perfect for sightseeing. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but we found a delicious bakery nearby called 'Bäker Dries' that I highly recommend visiting. The room was huge, with many windows that made it bright and cheerful. The shower was great, and there was plenty of storage space too. We will definitely stay here again and might even bring our friends or family along next time!

I wasn't sure if I could just have coffee at the hotel restaurant, but if that's possible, it would be a wonderful place to take a break. The overall experience was excellent, and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Beautiful hotel close to central Wiesbaden and only a couple blocks from a major bus stop. Very helpful staff who were able to accommodate all requests. Great water pressure and hot water. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Did not dine at the hotel, but the restaurant and bar space were very nice. Great hotel and would stay again!

The WIFI was not very good in our room. No other issues though.

Old world charm in a family hotel. Everything is solid and of a high quality. The staff friendly and professional. The room was spacious. The location perfect near the centre, the Opera and the Kurhaus. The breakfast is very good without being ostentatious.

Breakfast: there was a large choice and really tasteful bread. Rooms were comfy and spacious. Staff was very nice. Private parking available at a reasonable place. Perfect location, close to city centre in a quiet place.

Rooms should be better sound proof. Bathroom had not a lot of space to hang used towels. We would have expected a Nespresso machine in the room given the daily right we paid. There was no toaster during breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very attentive. Lovely fresh selections. This hotel is 5 star in my book. There was plenty of parking in a gated lot. Restaurants and nightlife is a short walk away. Rental scooters are around town and an easy way to move about town. We found a couple right outside the hotel on the street. Attention to detail and customer service were top notch at the hotel. We didn’t realize the on-site restaurant was Michelin rated and unfortunately had reservations elsewhere. There’s also lovekey alfresco dining or a nice place to grab an appetizer or drink. We were kicking ourselves and wished we hadn’t missed out -the menu looked amazing. After traveling in Europe for 10 days this was our last stop. What an elegant, clean comfortable and classy hotel. Beautiful outdoor space to enjoy an evening cocktail or take your breakfast outside to eat in the morning. It had almost a spa like atmosphere. The rooms were extremely spacious, bed was comfortable, bathrooms were modern and updated- air conditioning was incredible. We had a lovely fruit plate in our room and a welcome letter! Class act!

I really can’t say anything negative about our stay. We had some difficulty getting into the parking lot of the hotel due to traffic. But certainly not their fault. Google maps took us a challenging path to get there. Pack your patience if your a arriving in the evening - and be aggressive to cross traffic to get in the parking lot.

Breakfast was very good and had a wide selection of food. The location is excellent and just minutes away from old town. Gary, who works at the reception for over 25 years was wonderful. We would go back just to say hello to him.

Upgraded room on arrival was a nice touch. Breakfast was abundant and fresh and some of the front office staff were really helpful.

Although we had a bigger room, it had an extra separate lounge room that didn’t have air conditioning so we couldn’t make use of it. Shame as it would have been nice to feel like we were in a mini apartment.

Great location and exceptional friendly helping staff. Brilliant carpark on site. We asked for suggestions of a local vine yard to visit and they recommended a superb place. Also made some s dinner reservation in a the town. All very easy. Breakfast choices good and staff very friendly.

I’m not keen on the long pile bedroom carpet.
