I like the shower and sink in my room but I don't like the shared bathroom. When you go to shared bathroom outside the private room area, you need to put password and when you get back to your private room, you need to put password again to open the front door again. Kind of inconvenience.

Great location close to town. excellent self kitchen facilities, very clean and tidy
I was not sent the door code ,as the hostel is not staffed and no reception . I had to phone to get in. I f you are staying here make sure you get the door code before hand . The drain in the room shower was blocked.

It was a good place to stay in the central parts of the city. Nice and fully equipped kitchen.
There was a window at the far end of the corridor where it was allowed to smoke if you opened the window. This resulted in that the whole corridor smelled very strong from tobacco smoke every time I came in there. In all other places I have been to, the smokers are asked to go outside.

LOVED having my own bathroom attached to my room, and the free breakfasts! The STAFF was REALLY helpful--as was the Property Owner and/or Manager. As a non-German speaker, I appreciate them ALL!! Also LOVED the location--just 2 blocks from the historic part of town! Beautiful architecture!!
I have 2 suggestions: 1] Have written instructions on how to use the high tech shower in the room; and 2] Hand instructions in a MEMO to a guest when he/she checks in about where the free computer access is, what its Password is, and how to use it.

Terrific kitchen, able to meet other travellers, plenty of coffee and a fridges to keep your goodies.
Some nights it got a bit noisy outside.
