I had a very good experience: the room was spacious and recently refurbished with a clean modern bathroom. The windows faced a backyard with the view of the main cathedral and it was super quiet. I had a nonrefundable booking, so the price was just right for this location and the room quality. There was a coffee machine and a tea kettle in the room, a safe and a mini–refrigerator, which unfortunately did not work. There was a nice, personable young lady at the reception, who worked hard to please the guests. There are a couple supermarkets (Aldi) nearby. The hotel has electronic keys for the rooms and the outside door.

The only issue for me was a nonfunctioning refrigerator. It didn’t cool at all, although the light inside was on. Also, it was hidden in the closet, and maybe there was some switch at the back that needs to be pushed for it to work. And a small thing: a cleaning lady changed all my towels in spite of them not being on the floor ( which nowadays is a sign „not to change“ them).

The room was beautiful on the top floor, was a little balcony with a view of the Markt Kirche. It had a huge bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. I slept very well, as it was quiet. The location is exceptional. Will come back for sure!

When I took the shower it got the bathroom floor very wet. The handheld shower connection to the hose sprayed water and the other shower head also sprayed onto the floor. Very MINOR problem that I hope will get fixed. Otherwise amazing!

Extremely helpful and pleasant receptionist. I asked if I could change my room to one at the rear of the building, away from the street, and this was done without hesitation. I had a large room, a comfortable bed and an excellent modern bathroom. The hotel was very close to the Kurhaus and Kurpark, which was where I spent most of my time.

No breakfast available, but there was an excellent bakery next door.

Absolutely loved the hotel! Everything was perfect in my opinion. The room was super spacious as well as the designer bathroom. There were even a fridge, kettle and coffee machine in our room which made our stay extra comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Extra benefit is possibility to check-in online. In terms of price-quality this hotel is definitely a win.

Personally I had some issues with the pillow. It's not that much of a disadvantage, but it's just between me and big pillows. Just keep it in mind if you also don't like big pillows.

I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Wiesbaden and this is definitely my favourite . The room was very spacious and modern with a huge bathroom , stand alone bath and balcony . Excellent location and a lovely cafe for breakfeast

The only downside was the internet wasn’t working

The wifi was not working which was devastating since we came to work. And the problem with water in the morning - there was no water around 7-8am

I was with my daughter of 4 years my stay was smoothly. So friendly staff from the reception to the housekeeping. Room is clean and well equipped So quiet we can good sleep Easy access to all,very good location in the heart of the city

Good hotel, nice and clean rooms. All facilities available for a short stay. Parking available in the Kuhrhaus parking.

No breakfast available in the hotel, but enough bistro's and coffee places in the neighborhood. In rooms on the side of the hotel, wifi does not work well.

The Location is Perfect,in the heart of city.Near to all.I advise all to select this hotel and the room is so quiet and clean

It was a lovely stay. Loved it🎈 It felt like Home, comfortable and safe🤍 All the people at the property are amazing, they really take care of you and make sure you have an amazing stay. On top, the location is amazing 🤩
