I had an amazing stay at this hotel!I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay here.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.The room was spotless and very comfortable. One of the highlights of the hotel was the amazing terrace with a stunning view of the city.It was very convenient that the hotel offered a 24-hour kitchen for guests, fully equipped for cooking, along with free cookies, tea, coffee, and oatmeal.This is especially convenient when traveling with children.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!). Oh!And the location is perfect!

There are absolutely no drawbacks to this hotel.

The hotel is situated within a walking distance to the central train station, city centre and main shopping areas. Rooms are very basic but clean and probably more than can be expected from a hostel-type hotel. There's a shared kitchen and the hotel staff work hard to keep it clean despite some inconsiderate guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of appliances and generously stocked with gratuitous tea, coffee and a variety of cereal.

There's definitely room for growth for some of the staff at the reception.

We all shared a room which had a shower and toilet inside... very clean and spacious and then just down the hall was an enormous kitchen with free tea and coffee and milk and cereals and a fabulous terrace!

I thought the room had 4 single beds and one was a double but it was ok... we are a band travelling together and luckily very good friends... but if you really don't want a double mattress be sure to send a message. the staff are SO HELPFUL, they can easily sort it out for you....!

It was less impersonal than a regular hotel. The communal kitchen with tea and coffee and cereal was a lovely idea. We met other guests and we could drink our tea on the terrace and look out at the town. Brilliant location, 3 supermarkets next door, a short walk to the shops and the town centre. It was quiet, off the road, and with a lift so no slogging with suitcases.

There was one employee who was a bit shirty and unhelpful. The exception not the rule.

this was a wonderful property and a great location. We came to visit family, they were seven of us. We were treated courteously, efficiently. I loved the balcony, view of the city, and breakfast room. We were allowed to cook some of our own food, as well as having coffee available. the rooms were very small but clean and efficient. There’s nothing I could say negative and would cheerfully come again. good value too

This was my 3rd stay at this property. The location at Wiesbaden Center is very convenient. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

If I have to ask for one improvement, I would like them to provide shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in the bathroom.

Really liked the clean, comfortable, spacious room with a good bed and nice bed linens. The bathroom was very nice with a good shower and excellent makeup mirror, but lacked shower gel. The 24-hour breakfast kitchen was very convenient and helped make it a great stay. I had everything that I needed to be ready for my meetings.

The towels were a little thin and rough, These might need to be replaced more often. We also needed better and more timely information about driving directions and how to get into the hotel parking.

Very very poor Reception location . very difficult to find entrance with very poor signs . reception was found after 1 hour of searching behind a 5th floor dark unsigned locked door requiring banging on the door for entry . During my stay I helped/showed 4 different other guests how to gain entrance to the hotel . many guests lost on pavement outside . the hotel emailed some instructions on the day of stay but not useful as I was travelling and not looking at emails. .it would be helpful if instructions are sent some days prior to a visit . poor free wifi

The location of the ho(s)tel is excellent, in walking distance from the centre, shopping area, sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen with free coffee, milk and cereals was a nice treat in the morning. Irrespective of this, there're two grocery stores (Aldi, Tegut) and a Kiosk practically next door as well as two bakeries in the vicinity. The roof terrace is a very nice place to rest and enjoy a beer after a long day.

The walls and the door are quite thin, so it can get a bit noisy. The bedsheets were so-so.

Room was modern and clean ,location was brilliant for the price .

No soap and no body wash or shampoo either ,first time ever experienced so here is suggestion please increase your price but do provide these as they are must for hotel and kinda implied term for hotel industry to have these available when anyone books room to stay.
