I had a small and cozy single room with everything necessary, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the staff was always smiling a fulfilled all of my requests including keeping my luggage on the day of my check out, so I can enjoy Wiesbaden for a few more hours. The location was also perfect and in a walking distance/ short bus ride from all main attractions and the station.

The hotel is situated about 500 meters from the old centre. In Wiesbaden it's hard to find a parking spot in the city centre. They hotel offer a 24 hour parking tickets,in the parking garage on the other side off the road for(at this time) 12,50euro. I think that's a great service.

The blindings for the window could be more darkening. For me, the room wasn't dark enough.

Simple but functional, close to the main shopping area, short walk to the main attractions of Wiesbaden. Very friendly and helpful lady at check-in and check-out. Small but very clean room.

The bar which is simply a fridge at the back of the hotel with no place to sit.

Very good breakfast. Love thr smiles. Friendly greeting each morning at breakfast. Returning after time touring to a very clean room!

Sunday checkin and alittle problem getting information on checking in. Mainly code later in morning and we were traveling no internet to receive. But call and all was good!

The hotel is centrally situated and the room was clean, bed comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was freshly prepared and some nice touches re fresh coffee and orange juice

If didnt concern me but there are no staff from 8pm to 6 am so you need to use night door.

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room

Charming hotel in a very good location. The staff were lovely, always attentive and helpful. They met all requests and made the stay very comfortable. Varied breakfast, with fresh orange juice and a variety of coffees.

The floor seemed to be inclined.

Room was a bit small. Nearby public parking entrance is through a shopping mall which is closed in public holidays. Lady at the front desk of the hotel personally companied us to get to the parking. Make sure that you inform the reception of your parking.

Great location, short walk to the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in system is easy and quick - online and a code box outside for late arrivals. They provide fans if it's too hot in the room.

The old style, beautiful wardrobe in the room had a strong old furniture smell inside and couldn't be used for clothes.
