We were looking for a hotel near the airport. It was close, but it was not accessible by foot.

There was some confusion with another Hilton hotel that has signs from the airport terminal and is accessible by foot. The information on the website about the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and vice versa could be much clearer. It is mentioned under services, but details about the hours and prices are not easily presented for customers. Since many guests are likely there for an airport connection, this is important information. I had to write an email, and they sent the details to me, which is fine, but not the most convenient way to share such information.

No electrical outlets near the bed. They REALLY need a shuttle service. If you are calling yoursself an airport hotel, you need to provide a way for people to get to/from the airport.

Found out too late you needed to pay for the shuttle before getting on the shuttle bus back to the airport. Breakfast average.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The room was large, comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The airport was less than 2 km away from the hotel.

There was no shuttle to the airport. When the staff was asked about how to get to the airport the next morning, a vague explanation was given: "Catch the bus or the S-Bahn behind the Holiday Inn." I walked to the other side of the Holiday Inn to find the bus stop and the S-Bahn station after I brought my luggage to the room. There was no available bus stop due to road construction, and after walking the area for 10 minutes, I found the S-Bahn station only because I saw people walking with suitcases from that area. It would have been nice to have been given specific instructions on how to find the S-Bahn station and that the bus driving to the airport was not readily available.

The hotel is generally very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The staff were especially friendly and helpful — we felt very welcome and at ease throughout our stay.

The lack of airport shuttle is a big downside Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service. We had to pay €25 for a one-way taxi ride for just a few minutes' drive. The hotel staff agreed that this price is quite high, but explained that it’s an independent taxi service and not related to the hotel. While this is indeed an external service, I would advise anyone planning to book this hotel to factor in this extra cost in advance. I truly hope the hotel brings back the shuttle service as it used to have — it would make a big difference.

We stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt for one night before our flight back to the USA. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the room had everything we needed including washcloths (unheard of on our European travels!). The hotel is minutes from the airport, between 8.5€ - 18€ depending on your taxi driver. The same trip (to and from the airport) really varied. The hotel has a very small bar at the reception desk and only serves pizza & pasta. They recommended we walk to their sister hotel (Holiday Inn) just a few steps away for a more extensive menu. The meal was good and the waiter was Wonderful! He was a pleasant young man, Minh, who is interning at the two hotels. The continental breakfast was varied with hot food, fruit, meats/cheeses, waffles, cereals, juices and vegan options (I know because I heard someone ask). There was plenty of seating and two coffee/ espresso machines. If we ever need to stay overnight again by the Frankfurt Airport, we would stay again at the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn. Both would be good choices.

The front desk guy made check-in eady, even though there was a little hiccup with the reservation. We were a family of five, and, even though we didn't explicitly ask for it, they still put us in two connecting rooms, which made our stay way better.

The breakfast was underwhelming and we had to ask for the trays to be replenished as it was almost all gone by 9am on a Monday during the summer break. The entrance to the garage is a bit confusing (it is not clear what we have to do to open it). Even if they held some things for us in the fridge at the reception, it would be useful to have mini-fridges in the rooms.

It is located next to a convenience store, restaurants and luggage storage facilities. The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating.

There is a design flaw in bathroom. Please remove metal holder that you place the extra unwrapped toilet paper on away from the floor especially right next to toilet. It is an infection control issue. Floors are mopped with dirty particles flickering/splattering up on things. Toilets are used with lid up for men, correct?! Toilets are flushed by some with lid up too. So, particles will get on toilet paper. That is unsanitary.

I stay in Hampton by Hilton chain quite often, the rooms are comfortable, it was clean, the bathroom looked new, the water pressure is perfect, cosmetics are nice and I love the breakfast waffles.

The staff in the reception were super friendly and nice. Im taking one star as I needed an invoice on my email as soon as possible after checking out and I had not received it and nobody answered my messages, neither here not though Hilton app. I only received after I made a call, which might have been impossible or very costly from some parts of the world.

the breakfast was good with a nice selection of options including a cooked option not just continental. bed was ok and a small double. The room was very clean and all linen and towels were clean. room was quiet as requested and slept well, plenty of taxis in the morning to take you to terminal 2. Easy check-in and check-out.

bed very tight to the wall with little room. only 2 coffees so 1 drink only. no evening meal options on site had to go to another hotel or down the road, not far but after a long day was a little inconvenient. terminal 1 side and about 11EURO taxi each way, no shuttle since the beginning of the year.
