Only 2 mins by local train from FRA airport. Comfortable room, clean.

A little pricey, but only 2 mins by local train from FRA airport. Checked in after 9 pm, was very hungry ... but left waiting at the bar by staff who rather cared about rinsing beer glasses than (at least) asking for my order. Turned around and went to bed hungry.

Comfortable, clean establishment that's close to Frankfurt Airport. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Bedroom was also clean and comfortable.

The hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but the shuttle only goes to Terminal 1. If your flight is from Terminal 2, then you will have to either walk, take a taxi, or ride the shuttle to Terminal 1 and catch the airport tram to Terminal 2. Also, there was no ATM in the hotel or nearby for cash withdrawal.

Just wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive, making my experience truly enjoyable. The hotel's location is fantastic—just a short 5-minute taxi ride or a convenient 3-minute walk to the X17 bus stop, which connects directly to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. After checking out, I opted for the underground train, which was only a 10-minute ride to the train station, with just one stop to Terminal 1. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely return when I visit Germany again. It’s a hotel worth recommending! Many thanks once again to all the staff for their kindness and hospitality. Nothing to fault.

Olga, the receptionist, at the hotel was incredibly friendly and kind. She was willing to go the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable. For example, I did not have an Europe power adapter to charge my phone, so she offered to charge it for me. It was not easy to find the right plug, then she tried really hard to find the right cord for my phone. She was so patient when explaining the logistics to catch the train in the morning in order to get on time to the airport. She showed me where to get food around and gave me different options. Employees like her represent the hotel very well because she provides accurate information, address needs of the hosts, and manage unexpected situations to ensure complete satisfaction.

Include in my confirmation email a clear explanation about how to get to the hotel from the airport.

The location is excellent for those who need a night close to the airport, it is one metro station from the main terminal, at a low ticket price.

If you plan to stay more than one night, it is best to stay in the city center, the subway ride is expensive, even though it is not far. The hotel reception does not have any telephone number. If you need anything, you will have to go there. If you are outside the hotel, the telephone number is a central office that can only help you with general matters. The hotel does not accept cash. There are no lockers or safes in the shared room

Good location and 24/7 reception.

Parking hefty costs (20euro per night), paid baggage storage also for guests, lack of personel (just one guy to serve whole restaurant and reception at busy evening is NOT enough. TV channels no english news at all. 50% not working, seems that no one cares. Room service not present we stayed for 3 days and asked to clean the room - nothing happened. Same at breakfast - no hot eggs, soussages, everything done with least effort. Guests have feeling of being important here. I guess their accounting dep is analysing cutting on guests, too. That would be a great saving, woundn't it?

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Very clean room, comfortable bed, excellent lobby bar open 24 hours (it was wonderful to get a nice cup of coffee early in the morning). Bathroom has absolutely everything essential and a heating radiator with a regulator. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, you can easily access the airport.

Sometimes it was noisy and when the door slammed in the neighboring rooms it felt like my whole bed and walls were shaking. I'm sure that it's not the hotel's fault but the people who don't think about those around them. Also, I missed quality television with at least a couple of international channels.

This hotel is an excellent option if you want to be practical and also to enjoy a nice place to stay. It's close to the airport and very well connected to the city; it's clean, neat, and has everything that you need. It's simple, but everything that is offered is of a good quality. Breakfast is nice and simple (not too simple though, I actually liked it very much, different sorts of bread, fresh pancakes, fruit, cheese and more - everything comes in two or three variants), and healthy. Has vegan and gluten free options. The rooms are nice and have the air condition that is fully controllable by the guest. The staff is nice and the hotel reception is open 00-24. I recommend it!

Personally I missed the glass in the room (there wasn't any, so I had to use my water bottles). The rooms don't have any coffee/tea, so if you'd like some, you have to go down to the bar.

Well located to catch the S-Bahn into Frankfurt Airport. No Issues with checking in and leaving super early in the morning. The room was clean and big enough for a night stay even with some luggage. All in all, a good option to get to the airport early in the morning without starting the day in the middle of the night.

The air-condition was not very user friendly and the room quite warm. Would find the room too small for a longer stay. The Wifi was not very performant but adequate to check for train connections and information on the departure.

The breakfast options were too good, everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, beds were made daily. Close to public transport (S-bahn) & supermarket (Rewe)

None, everything was managed well. - Before booking the only concern I had was... In a room of 7 would 1 toilet & bathroom suffice. However, at any point there were not more than 4 people in the room so it was easy to manage. In case you renovate in future... You can reduce a few beds and make the bathroom bigger.
