The front desk staff was helpful. The shuttle was on time and so quick to get to and from the airport or train station. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of plug ins for phone, ipad, etc. I liked the fact the tv could turn around to view from the bed or the couch. The bar/restaurant was open late and the food was very good.

I thought that the price for the room was excessive. There were very few amenities in the bathroom. It was very dark in the room, in need of more lighting. I would have like to see a room in the main tower, but instead both of my stays were in the Executive tower. I was never given a choice.

We always stay at the Steigenberger when traveling into and out of Frankfurt. We have found the service we received each time is always excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. The amenities they offer are simply the best. We are never disappointed! A big shout out to 2 employees that went about and beyond for us were Paula at the front desk and Marcus from the IT or TV programming. Paula welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. She is very helpful. Marcus came to the rescue when we had trouble with our TV. He came right away and fixed it, explained to us the problem. He also stated not to hesitate to call again if we have any further problems or questions. These are just 2 examples of why we stay at the Steigenberger.

Pillows: im so sorry but the big pillows were just full with air, once I lay down my head it's like they don't exist anymore, same with the duvet. Lights: there were enough lights but definetly not for everyone it gives this romantic vibes. Not advisable for old people

Hotel located just 3 minutes away via the hotel's free shuttle bus from Frankfurt Airport, and most surprisingly hardly any aircraft noise. The hotel shuttle bus operated 24hrs a day, every 20 minutes, so we were able to take the train into Frankfurt city centre from the Airport every day to visit Automechanika at Messe Frankfurt. We found the bar, menu choices and waiter service excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable bed/pillows. Clean room. Quiet. Shower worked great. Perfect hotel to stay overnight before catching an early morning flight.

My husband and I ate dinner at the more casual bar/restaurant. It was, without question, one of the worst meals we have ever eaten. My husband ordered a club sandwich, which was tasteless and smothered in mayonnaise. The bread was simple white bread, not even toasted. I ordered pumpkin soup, which was so overly salted that I could barely swallow it. I think it could have been good, but it was simply ruined with the salt. I also ordered a small Caesar salad, that would have been OK, but it had way too much strong tasting dressing on it and, again, I just couldn't eat it. Our meal ended up costing around $85 US. What an utter disappointment.

The staff deserves specific praise, because they were all attentive, charming, and kind. The pool was delightful, the restaurant delicious and accommodating, and my room very comfortable. The shuttle got me from the airport train station to the hotel, and back to the airport in the morning, without any hassle at all. Incredible value in of itself.

I wouldn't mind a bench out front of the hotel while waiting for the shuttle (not that I had to wait long!) as I have some mobility issues and was anticipating a long day of queuing at various airports. But I really had to dig to find any critical thing to say.

I was given room in the executive tower. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom ( walk in shower) There was excellent storage space & a suitcase shelf, safe for valuables. A robe & tea/ coffee facilities were also provided. The room did not have a nice view however the property does offer a gym, pool * sauna. A free airport shuttle is provided. There is no other shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity that I could see. The hotel offers restaurants however there was only one open on the night that I stayed. The restaurant offered a basic menu but the food & service was very good.

Breakfast is really really nice. We arrived by car, parking right on the opposite site which is comfortable, gas station around the corner. We did use the subway to go to the city which ist maybe a 5min walk to the next station. Hotel rooms are modern and well equiped as well as very clean.

we only had a really short stay and i can't complain about anything for that period. If I remember correct parking was maybe a bit expensive but I think it's either you have it included or you always pay to much for what it is... (guess it's not the hotels fault anyway..)

The spa was the reason I booked. The two temperatures of sauna and the outdoor space made for incredible relaxation during a stressful time. I hope the steam room is eventually fixed. The setting was comfortable and respectful. The gym was well equipped. Room quite comfortable, good shower. The airport shuttle was helpful. Within 15 minutes walk to train into town along a lovely forest/bike trail with beautiful trees.

Expensive drinks and food. The dining area could be bigger across from reception behind the bar, but the lounge area is really cool with the plants. The steam room wasn't functioning.

Staff super friendly and helpful, everyone and always. Great customer service. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. Comfortable beds.

Our bathroom wasn’t 100% clean in a way we actually requested service which was provided promptly. The gym that was supposed to be 24/7 was closed by a staff member at night for cleaning, having 4 guests turn around right at the door. That being said, staff sincerely apologized the next morning for this mistake by offering free breakfast.
