Exceptional Value for money. Extremely clean amenities, highly skilled and professional staff. Ive slept here a lot during some temporary work assignments in the area, and I’ve absolutely loved it. Gabriel, Cholpon, Nguyen plus the entire front team know how to interact with guests and make you feel comfortable and at home. They will accommodate customer requirements and go the extra mile for the guests with a smile on their face. The hotel team looks very bounded and professional in managing with customers requests. Always a pleasure to come back!

Good and clean new hotel. Perfect soundproof and ventilation. Reliable (but payable: € 8.50) shuttle to the airport every half an hour. Bar is open 24/7 and provides hot water for tea free of charge. Nice and diverse buffet breakfast starting from 6 (very convenient for morning flights). Friendly and helpful stuff, especially the lady called Tania who was responsible for breakfast. Reasonable price. Ready to come again.

Five things could be better: (1) no refrigerator and kettle in the room; (2) breakfast is relatively expensive (€16.90 = CAD 25); (3) no hot meals (except slightly warm eggs) in breakfast buffet; (4) repulsive name referring to terrible (tasteless, outdated and dirty) North American roadside motels, (5) far (1.6 km) from the train station, a bus stop isn't nearby either.

very convinient if you stay overnight before a early flight. the lobby area with bar is very nice and welcoming. team is very attentive and even if the place is crowded you get attention and quick serving. the rooms are modern and convinient , bit small but still o.k. due to a good shape .... you get a good value for a very fair pricing model !

maybe some more bar snacks would be good ! there is a very limited selection . only option to get real food is either delivery or to drive to find restaurants as the place is a bit outside.....

Comfortable stay for one night. The facilities provided were just sufficient. We did not take the breakfast option. The view from the rooms are to the highway or the opposite office building. The room temperature was comfortable.

Lack of basic necessities. No hot water kettle, no mini fridge, no complementary coffee, But this should be expected for the price. The bathroom does not have locks. Parking is 11€ per day which feels expensive for this remote location. There are minimum public transport options nearby.

Clean and proper rooms, correct service at check-in and a good breakfast. The bonus was the new electric car charger in the hotel parking (independent from the hotel, but convenient that it is there)

I tried to reach the hotel during my trip to inform them about my later-than-expected arrival. I spent 7+8+15 minutes on the phone listening to music and waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I did not manage; however, I was hanging on the phone for half an hour. (my later arrival did not affect the check-in, everything worked fine)

Perfect, as described. The staff crew guys were very nice and polite and are willing to assist. Room is well furnished. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Clean nice pillows. You can tell the hotel is very clean because vacuum cleaners were all around the hotel which left a good impression. Bathroom was clean, too. Area is very quiet and there's a big supermarket nearby. Nice window view if you like to see airplanes taking off :) Overall I can't really think of anything negative. Before check-in, I sent an email with a question and got almost an immediate reply to my question which is impressive. I would come back.

The staff and the customer service were amazing. The reception and kitchen / breakfast service teams were friendly and helpful and very attentive. The shuttle driver was the most charming and attentive gentleman. The team went above and beyond the expected customer service, they excelled at making a guest feel welcome and comfortable. This place is a true gem amongst the generic chain hotels. The team takes pride is in their work. The place has a great feel.

The breakfast was too good; I ‘had to’ sample it all hence I are too much 😅

The receptionist offered us an early check-in. The staff members are genuinely helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasant and they make great coffee. Really loved it

That the shuttle bus is only available at certain times. It would have been a better experience if they offered a 24/7 shuttle bus service. The bus is is also for a fee and runs only from 6:00 am. I needed to be at the airport earlier. The information on booking did not specify this point. I found out after I had already booked and directly contacted the hotel. The main reason reason I booked this hotel is its location and the shuttle bus service but this did not work out.

The staff and the breakfast were excellent. I was very pleased.

The name of the hotel is very confusing. When I first got out of the airport I asked a Taxi driver, and he had never heard of the hotel. I then asked another Taxi driver and he said that it was within the airport and so I walked in the direction he pointed to for minutes before I realised that he was mistaken. I then went back to the taxi rank and found another taxi driver who pointed out that the airport hotel was 8 or 9 kilometers from the airport and who then charged me 30 Euros to get there.

Aesthetic of hotel was nice, it was clean and staff were friendly and created conversation. It was close to parks and places to run/walk, the shuttle bus was easy and convenient. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable and a good temperature. It was nice being close to a lidl, to get some supermarket food and some yummy takeaway food was close by.

It does not have a mini fridge, so anything you have that needs refrigerating needs to be eaten. The room is quite small and the bathroom layout can be quite annoying as the water always splatters out of the shower. It is close to the airport, though 20 minutes by car from Frankfurt centre, so you're just that little bit out of all the action.
